I was here for 5 days and couldn't get anyone to clean my room!! I bought 2 extra days and they tried to make me leave the morning of the second day because the person who took the money off my card shorted the company $7.21 and nobody told me about it until I raised a fuss about them trying to force me out! I.came because I had no choice. I suggested you do the same.

The room was dirty had hair and other stuff all over the walls and bathroom the outside is nasty and ran down the place is kinda scary even if desperate I would still rather sleep in my car

Everything. It was completely disgusting. The sheets, walls and floors were full of stains. The shower was moldy and had blue cleaning powder on the floor. They had one pillow that was dirty and had no pillow case.

I did not like anything about this property. Had to been the WORST away from home experience. I had my 12yr old son with me & the clerk, came to the front desk with no shoes on, dirty clothes. Was told last minute I had to give a $100 deposit for the most disgusting rooms. Argued I needed a receipt for my deposit because the room was already damaged! Was asked to switch rooms but that was worst so was asked to switch back & was asked to leave!!..at 10pm!!..with my son!! The property is already filled with dope heads & street walkers, no need to accompany them! 0 STARS

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This place was absolutely terrible! We couldn’t park close to our room and while we were driving around looking for parking, the inn that was next door had a guy screaming for help trying to get out of a room and we saw him drug back in! We found our room and entered to find the locks didn’t work because it seemed that the door had been kicked in previously. Upon further inspection, there was toilet paper shreds all over the counter on the bathroom, there was dirt all over the shower, the towels were used and has lipstick all over them. There were holes in the comforter from cigarette/smoking ashes. After removing the comforter, there was dirt and a shoe print on the sheets! EWWWWWWWW!!!! Our cousin was staying in another room and they had an even worse room. We went to the front desk to complain and they didn’t care and they just said “ok”. This is terrible!

This place needs to be torn down. We booked as a stop on our road trip, and the pictures provided a better picture of what the actuality was. The area is unsafe, the clerk had security, the pool was unusable, covered, and gated and locked, the rooms were dirty, beds were filthy and uncleaned if at all ever. Massive amount of dog hair in both beds under the ratted with holes comforter, stains of all kinds on the beds, dirty bathroom, broken latch on the door- lock was not locking from inside. Very poor customer service, he didn’t care about the dirty beds which is the bare minimum! All we needed was a clean bed to sleep. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. It’s literally stayed in by unscrupulous people and crackheads, there was a man screaming for help and dragged by someone else back into a room at the hotel across from this one- so there’s the safety issue for families who think they can have a quick stop for sleep.

Deposit didn't get credited back for days. Better to have cash

I paid further one line and once I got there , I was told I had to pay a hundred and twenty five dollars for security deposit so I didn't get to stay so I need a refund

Nothing. They gave my room away, even though I had paid in full 6 weeks in advance. They told me to screw off and offered no refund, even though they showed me in their system that my payment was made and accepted in full. This place is an absolute scam. I drove 6 hours to a different state only to have nowhere to stay when I got there. Scumbags!

There was a hole in the Ceiling of the shower. When the people upstairs showered water came through. Room is very small very basically very old. Beds are comfy. Not the safest areas. A lot of businesses around are shut down. Parking lots can be loud at night. Window air conditioner

The fact they didnt honor my reservation & this hotel doesn’t exist
