Express Inn Near Columbus Airport

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This place was absolutely terrible! We couldn’t park close to our room and while we were driving around looking for parking, the inn that was next door had a guy screaming for help trying to get out of a room and we saw him drug back in! We found our room and entered to find the locks didn’t work because it seemed that the door had been kicked in previously. Upon further inspection, there was toilet paper shreds all over the counter on the bathroom, there was dirt all over the shower, the towels were used and has lipstick all over them. There were holes in the comforter from cigarette/smoking ashes. After removing the comforter, there was dirt and a shoe print on the sheets! EWWWWWWWW!!!! Our cousin was staying in another room and they had an even worse room. We went to the front desk to complain and they didn’t care and they just said “ok”. This is terrible!

This place needs to be torn down. We booked as a stop on our road trip, and the pictures provided a better picture of what the actuality was. The area is unsafe, the clerk had security, the pool was unusable, covered, and gated and locked, the rooms were dirty, beds were filthy and uncleaned if at all ever. Massive amount of dog hair in both beds under the ratted with holes comforter, stains of all kinds on the beds, dirty bathroom, broken latch on the door- lock was not locking from inside. Very poor customer service, he didn’t care about the dirty beds which is the bare minimum! All we needed was a clean bed to sleep. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. It’s literally stayed in by unscrupulous people and crackheads, there was a man screaming for help and dragged by someone else back into a room at the hotel across from this one- so there’s the safety issue for families who think they can have a quick stop for sleep.

Nothing I didn't get to stay and I need a refund I paid further one line and once I got there , I was told I had to pay a hundred and twenty five dollars for security deposit so I didn't get to stay so I need a refund

Nothing. They gave my room away, even though I had paid in full 6 weeks in advance. They told me to screw off and offered no refund, even though they showed me in their system that my payment was made and accepted in full. This place is an absolute scam. I drove 6 hours to a different state only to have nowhere to stay when I got there. Scumbags!

There was a hole in the Ceiling of the shower. When the people upstairs showered water came through. Room is very small very basically very old. Beds are comfy. Not the safest areas. A lot of businesses around are shut down. Parking lots can be loud at night. Window air conditioner

Booked a smoking with 2 twin beds. When I arrived was given a non smoking single twin.

The hotel didn’t exist after multiple attempts of dealing with what I believe was AI they tried to reach out to the hotel with zero response. I was left without having a hotel and the hotel literally didn’t exist at the address on the app. Super disappointing!!!!

Room was filthy. Sheets were stained. Fixtures falling down. AND ROACHES... We checked out and forfeited our next three nights. Do not stay here.

Una completa porquería el hotel canceló las reservas sin previo aviso, al llegar al mostrador solo nos indicaron que están llenos y que no podían hacer nada! Mientras estuve ahí pude ver el mismo caso para al menos 10 personas!!! Pésimo servicio, pésima atención y Expedia tampoco es capaz de hacer nada

First, the pictures posted online were of a different motel. There was no phone or trashcan, plus we had to use the ice machine at the hotel next door. The one on site was broken down and molded. It looked like someone got stabbed or worse in the room itself, the floor was covered in blood stains. Big ones. There was no hot water, the towels were dirty and they left cleaning rags for wash clothes. No WiFi, television didn’t work. Every room had at least one boarded up window. As for the positive, theAir conditioning worked great.

They denied a young woman to check in and left her out on the street when not one mention of her age was in the booking process. This young woman arrived after 9pm, 7 hours away from home and staff denied her admission with no refund and no where to go when the rest of the hotels were booked solid because of a concert in the area. No one answers the telephone at the complex, after multiple calls. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!!
