Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus New Albany

Very clean room with comfortable bedding and furniture. Microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker were clean and came in very handy. Excellent breakfast. My request for a late checkout was politely honored- the staff here is wonderful!

The maintenance staff should do a better job of deodorizing the room when cleaning. There was on odor upon entry to the room the 1st night.

I tried again this week and still no management response. I will be stopping payment on my card until this is resolved. I have called twice, I have messaged with with website, and am so frustrated. Room was not as advertised and would never work for 3 adults. I booked ahead of time and had a rate. Rate almost doubled throughout the week. This is not what I signed up for. Staff constantly referred to management who has not responded once. This is why VRBO's are so popular, as the responses are immediate.

Hair was left in bathroom from last person who stayed.

The breakfast buffet was not only nice, the manager personally checked in to make sure everything was ok. That extra mile tells me this hotel is well run!

Everything seemed fresh and recent. The pool, patio and gym were all in good shape and we used them well! We had a wedding to attend and had a small wardrobe malfunction. The young ladies at the front desk, Jaye & Honey, found us some safety pins! Lifesavers,both of them. They were also pleasant, funny and very professional in their interactions with guests. We'll stay here again on our next visit.

I feel like the place was not a quiet place to rest. It was very loud people running up and down the halls and talking and the person across from me had their TV so loud you couldn’t sleep the beds weren’t that great

Great Clean Place!

We had an amazing stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. We had to book unexpectedly, and even at 9:00 at night they were extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and great service really stood out. Highly recommend staying here! Nothing it was great

The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel were great.
