The place was clean, the staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast, Amanda was awesome keeping the breakfast well stocked, and keeping the coffee hot, and being so very kind to everyone there.

The staff is very friendly the rooms are very clean its also connected to the casino they offer free breakfast and the casino has a few nice restaurants as well I highly recommend this hotel

I tried to check in and was told the system was down so nobody was allowed to check in I waited around 2 and 1/2 hours gave up and want to look for another motel the manager on staff was very nice and understanding

Would be nice if they added some amenities ( like bathrobes and nicer more luxurious sheets and furniture ) to give it a more Las Vegas bougie feel.

The front desk staff was very friendly on both check in and check out. And I was very glad to see that the plastic wears now with the handles up so you aren't touching the part where you eat with. The last time it was the other way around and I did put that in my complaint. So I was really happy to see that. The room is very clean and comfortable

The cleaning lady monday wax the NICEST LADY! Our keys wouldn't work. She helped us in so we didn't have to carry everything back to the front desk! 🙏

Everything was conveniently close. My room was clean & close to the elevator. Staff were very polite & helpful. There were new slot machines added to the casino, we much was a plus. The cooling unit in my room didn’t cool the room down very well. Woke up several times, sweating. Cleaning personnel was vacuuming outside my room in the hall after 9pm.

This is the second time staying here and plan to go back. The hotel was clean and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating.
