Absolutely filthy property, the staff were also terrible. Zero amenities, they make you wash their towels and bedding at your expense and they actually canceled my stay because I had a service animal with me, they did not honor the service animal document which is illegal and if like a refund for my stay that was cancelled due to their non compliance with state laws regarding service animals. The staff was rude and aggressive, highly unprofessional and it made me extremely uncomfortable.

There was no breakfast an not even a fresh pot of coffee for the guset. The vending machines dont work am just take your money. The rooms did not feel clean. An they have COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!!!!! An they do nothing about it. We told them on 2 separate occasions an nothing was done thats why we didn not extended our stay. I saw them on 3 separate occasions including a lil baby baby one. Sorry but im not paying for bugs!!! An the whole place in general just felt scummy. So no i will not be coming back unfortunately. The staff was nice they just seemed not to want to go the extra mile for there guests who do pay money to stay there. Like i always say if you do not like your job find a new one, ont that you Willl put in the effort.

Nothing. If u could have dealt with something else, I would have. But I would not come back The once a week room service was never received. If you are not in the room, they won't even take the trash.

The location was perfect. No meals were provided. There was a kitchen inside the room. I cooked for myself. I don’t have a comment.

The rooms were good, lately the rooms have not been as thoroughly cleaned. Especially the bathroom. I do believe it's different housekeeping staff.

The location was close to my work It smelled bad. I was there 9 days and my room wasn’t cleaned once. There is no one in the office from 7p to 11a so I couldn’t really complain cuz I was gone during those hours. I still haven’t received my $50 deposit.

I never got to stay at the property!!! I booked this place for a stay and as my family and I were heading to the hotel they call me and say that they are OVERBOOKED due to the OSU game and have to CANCEL my reservation! I asked would I need to do anything about the cancellation & was told NO. This was very inconvenient because I had to now find a new hotel. A week later I was CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE, even though I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL. I’ve tried to get my refund back, I even drove by but the office was closed for some sudden emergency. There were people breaking into windows due to no office person & being locked out of their rooms, the MANAGER RUBEN is very RUDE and REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Worst experience EVER, wouldn’t recommend!

The problem of unavailability of checking in or out on Sundays and the service desk hours till 7 pm is very odd and it should extend till midnight at least to give the guest more flexibility for the check in and check out and for any service need and assistance manager is required to help and fill in the service handling in case of sudden absence to the main manager .

I got to the Hotel i didn't me no body i have to look for another hotel to stay

No excessive noise issues. No issues with plumbing or hvac. Night maintenance man was very accommodating & helpful. The bed was very comfortable! Common area floors plastered with stains, laundry room dirty & untouched. "Short Staffed" so while paying over $900 for 2 weeks, I had to clean my own room, change my trash, provide my own trash bags, pay to wash initial towels, provide own toilet paper after initial roll. Front desk was suppose to work 11am - 7pm but consistently locked interior & exterior doors at 5pm. Hard to do business if only available when ppl are working. When I knocked on the door, I was greeted with "what do you need". When I told her I needed to verify my account, she said "the doors are unlocked. Don't know why it didn't open". The door was locked. In addition ppl, including myself, were constantly asking them to rescan the key cards. If customer service had been more professional, I would've rated much higher. Having to clean & supply my own toilet paper is manageable. Poor service is not.
