All of the necessary stores are within walking distance. The property is easy to find if you decide to travel out . I felt the hotel employees were helpful and available. I liked my room . If I was traveling through the area again I would stay at this hotel.

Nasty place

We booked for a couple of nights and in that period we were not provided with clean towels, bathroom paper, change of garbage bags, nor were beds raised, no maintenance provided.

Clean and roomy. The bed was so so. Not a bad place to stay.

Convenient and loved that my dog was allowed to stay.

Its an affordable option thats new and clean . At first I thought I made a mistake but after a week staying there it was pleaant and I would stay again. U camt beat the price to value for the Denver/Front range area

The room itself was nice, it’s great having a full fridge and stove.

Everything Nothing

The room was mediocre, and everything was tidy when I checked in. The mattress was really uncomfortable and flat. You can tell it’s poor quality. The Wi-Fi is not even functional and I even paid for the upgraded option but I work remotely and I couldn’t even get my computer to login. The shower needs some recaulking and the worst part is the hot water. It doesn’t stay at one temperature while you’re showering. For the price - I guess it met my expectations of having a place to sleep but beyond that, I wouldn’t spend my money here again.

Inexpensive and parking convenience. Helpful staff and close proximity to where the Summit women’s soccer team plays.

Room was clean, staff very friendly even with a late check-in after 2am

Not a lot of places to walk to from here, and there were some homeless tents in a lot adjacent to the property. Not sure how safe it is for walking but easy drives to everything we were doing while there.

Too noisy with slamming doors, stomping and very thin walls you can hear the next room talking and banging around. Not to mention the homeless hanging around the area and building

This hotel is very noisy and very dirty, although the room itself wasn't bad. The hallway and elevator floors were filthy. There were what appeared to be homeless people hanging around the property and it appeared as if some of them were staying there. Maybe an ok environment for construction type workers staying from out of town but definitely not a family hotel.
