Room was clean, staff very friendly even with a late check-in after 2am

Not a lot of places to walk to from here, and there were some homeless tents in a lot adjacent to the property. Not sure how safe it is for walking but easy drives to everything we were doing while there.

Too noisy with slamming doors, stomping and very thin walls you can hear the next room talking and banging around. Not to mention the homeless hanging around the area and building

This hotel is very noisy and very dirty, although the room itself wasn't bad. The hallway and elevator floors were filthy. There were what appeared to be homeless people hanging around the property and it appeared as if some of them were staying there. Maybe an ok environment for construction type workers staying from out of town but definitely not a family hotel.

Homeless hangout in the surrounding area, thin walls and flooring sounds like an feel like an earthquake. Cheap towels that they rashing out, dingy sheets with cotton balls all over the top blanket. Too many extended stay guest mainly contractors in and out of the rooms slamming doors and hangout outside in the parking lot. Not a good place for peace or quiet 🤫

Staff was great! Place was clean. The area is a little sketchy. Homeless camp right next door.

The price was reasonable Near homeless site. No breakfast, ice machine, and bed was about 2 feet off the floor

The bed was very low to the ground and I m pretty sure it (the framing) was broken in a few places. It was terribly uncomfortable. I didn't get any rest at all.

We stayed two weeks while we looked for a place to live in Denver. The room we got was a two bed with a stove and full sized refrigerator. Hangers are provided in the closet area, and there’s enough space to store your belongings. You can ask the front desk to rent some kitchenware. There’s a vending machine for snacks and drinks. The laundry room has 5-6 washers and dryers, and it’s available 24/7. This is a pet friendly place, so you’ll see a few dogs on leashes. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

We had a wonderful overnight stay. It would be helpful that a toiletries are not included. It was a good day. Front desk very helpful

My friend & I stayed for a weekend concert. Staff was friendly. It was clean & comfortable.
