Room was very clean the exhaust fan in the bathroom had a lot of dust but the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok the eggs didn’t have much flavor. The desk staff was great !

From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean; they provided everything we needed. The breakfast was really good. I think everyone enjoyed the pool the most. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay!

Ms.Patel welcomed us with a beautiful and warm smile. The room was great and checkout was quick and a pleasant experience. Continental breakfast was average but good. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location near restaurants and shopping centers (Tanger Outlet). Breakfast was ok, don't expect to much there. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Have stayed at a couple of other hotels there in Commerce Ga. Didn’t even have an actual breakfast or continuous fan on the air conditioning. Best Western had both. Clean room and grits,eggs,bacon,oatmeal,and pastries for breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Staff was nice, location was good. Room was clean. I Got a room with a Spa Jacuzzi to relax but I had to keep filling it up with water and it had two stoppers but neither worked!

Interior corridors But walls are thin. AC wouldn't stay on. Every time it went off would make noise. Sounded like a cat meowing. The shower head was so high up, very hard to get down. Water pressure extremely low. Hardly any water flow in shower. Check in lady tried to hurt me to pay, when I had paid online. Beds uncomfortable. Very lumpy and soft. Breakfast was Wonderful!! Lots of choices. Fruit, yogurt, pastries, bread selections, waffles, eggs, biscuits, sausage or bacon. Lots of coffee and tea options. Juice, water, milk, cereal options
