Comfort Inn Painesville - Concord

Great stay.

I checked out a day early due to the fires across the northern boarder and was unable to get reimbursed for the cost of the day that was booked but not used. Later the staff could not even give me a record of my early check out. So I was screwed.

Great location for our travel. Very clean and breakfast options were good. Didn’t get to use the pool this time but the set up looked very nice.

The hotel was perfect for my needs. Flew in for a family funeral for just two days. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The front desk person even made a fresh pot of coffee for me at 4:30 in the morning while waiting for my Uber.

This is what a medium price two star hotel is meant to be. We stayed three night nights. It was a great stay. The in room, Jacuzzi was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a really nice pool. Facilities and room were up-to-date and in good shape. Room and bed were comfortable. Continental breakfast was what you expect. The parking is a little bit funky. There is little parking in the front so you may have to park in the back and the only access into the hotel is the front door. Great basic hotel.

Love the ambience of the facilities. We missed the first breakfast but after we just ate at your hotel. It was exceptional, no need to go out. The pool was great and very clean. I also love the snacks given to us every afternoon. It was very thoughtful. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Cleveland. The service to clean our room was every 3 days. I do understand it is very good for the environment. But I did ask the front desk and did not do it for us. We had to get a quick clean up from one of maids. Of course ever did tipped her.

The staff were exceptionally helpful! Check in was great. We couldn’t operate our remote for the TV well and the young man from the front desk came to our room and resolved it quickly without making us feel dumb!

Pool was open , good breakfast Outside doors are locked and need to enter front entrance even if you have key.

The staff at this establishment are hands down the best we have ever encountered! Very friendly, professional, and hospitable! Clean, clean and clean. I have NEVER been so impressed with a stay at a hotel before. We cant wsit to come and stay again on our next travels!

The property and the grounds are well taken care of. Pool looked really nice although I didn’t use it. Rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Would stay here again!

This is a recently renovated Comfort Inn. The lobby is welcoming and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfortable!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! We payed in full before arrival for a 2 night stay. When we got to the property we upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and paid the difference. They never informed of a $150 incidental fee that they also charged. Although they didn’t inform us of it we thought well whatever because we know that’s frequently what hotels do. A day AFTER check out there was an additional $250 charge. I called the property and was told “it was a smoking fee. We have picture evidence of ashes in the room” I never once gave them my name, email, confirmation number or anything so I’m unsure how they immediately told me that was the reason. I DO NOT smoke. Actually quit smoking 11 years ago and can’t stand the smell of it any more. I also have a golf ball sized tumor in my lung. Tho my medical history is not their business. After deeper investigation turns out this property is good for these “fees”. STAY AWAY!!!

Picture fell off while while sleeping and really scared me, sheets very pilly, breakfast was not good.

Convenient location to our needs. Staff was helpful.
