Door would not properly seal shut -so lights and noise from hallway were an issue. Pool was not clean ...management was unprofessional and quite rude.i would never go back.

The staff have always been cheerful while helping. We like how close and convenient it is to the highway. Pretty grounds.

Not worth the price I paid . Only ice machine broken for 2 days with no other alternatives. Room was tired.

The website says that you have a jacuzzi but you don’t explain that they are ONLY in certain king bed rooms. The heater in the pool wasn’t working when we checked in. Signs say to take your pet to the special area to do their business but I couldn’t find that area. Our key cards didn’t work on the side doors. Had to always go to lobby It would be nice if you had a list of restaurants that deliver to the hotel and their menus

Close to where I needed to be. The charging me a nights stay “for incidentals” which tied up money for me for a long time and I’m 74 and disabled, what damage am I going to do???!

Staff was helpful & breakfast was good. Had a couple of maintenance issues with the bathroom but nothing that truly impacted our brief stay in a negative way. I just felt it was a bit overpriced for the quality.

We loved our stay there. We took our dog there, they were very accommodating. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and had nice warm swimming pool. Overall stay was pleasant and will definitely recommend this hotel

We arrived at 1:00am and the check was quick and the clerk was very nice. They seemed to understand that we just wanted to get to bed!
