Dirty place would never stay there again, staff is a bit quite rude.

Our room smelled strongly of urine mixed with mold. The bathroom was even worse: no shower curtain, no bath mat, and no floor rug, so every shower flooded the floor. The shower had rust, there was mold on the ceiling, and even the water smelled bad. Customer service made the experience even more frustrating. The older gentleman at the front desk was rude and dismissive. Our sink began leaking, and after calling three times, I spent hours waiting for maintenance. When he finally came, he looked for a few seconds and insisted nothing was leaking, even though I had already used several towels to clean up the water. When I asked for more towels, he rolled his eyes before quickly changing his attitude when I called him out. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. There were waffles but no syrup, cereal but no milk, and bread but no butter. You’ll be lucky if you get coffee and toast. Overall, this hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and had terrible customer service. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Construction improvements left the ceilings showing cable runs.

Hello. I was so surprised by this hotel. Everything was amazing in this 2-star hotel. Thank you and I will come back again.

Housekeeping showed up once out of three days, took towels, and didn’t replace all of them. I ended up without a floor towel and without a hand towel. The front desk also charged my card before I even checked in, despite selecting “pay at hotel” online. When I asked why, the employee couldn’t explain anything, refused to let me speak to a manager, and told me to “google” customer service. Safety was another issue. The side door that’s supposed to stay locked after hours was never locked. Add in the constant early‑morning barking from guests’ pets, and it was impossible to get proper rest. The only positive thing I can say is that the water was hot. Everything else was a joke.

The worst hotel I have ever set foot in. First of all, the smell is terrible; there is no ceiling covering the wiring—everything is exposed—and the carpet is filthy. We didn't even stay 15 minutes, yet they charged us for a full night. This hotel should be shut down; it is impossible for anyone to stay in such a terrible, unhealthy place.

Excellent service

Clean large room. Lots of parking. Good breakfast with wafflemakers, hot sausage and egg patties, etc. Very safe area with the military base across the road. Laundry machines, pool, giant chessboard outside.

No ceiling tiles in the hallways of the hotel exposing all sorts of wiring. Our room felt damp and smelled musty. We had to buy a candle for the room to get rid of the smell which was only temporary. We would put the candle out before we left and when we got back, the room smelled musty again. Breakfast wasnt that good. They had cereal out but didnt have any milk. People were asking about milk the the kid that was working was in kitchen office area was sitting there with headphones on, when we finally asked about milk, he just said "we're out". We told him then put a sign out so people know. There were rotten fruit in the baskets that we threw out because the worker didnt care to do his job. We had 4 registered guests but they only had 3 towels in the bathroom. Also, bathroom wasnt the cleanest. It also needed some work as one of the ceiling were hanging loose and the exhaust fan didnt work. Honestly, the only good things about this hotel was the pool and the life size chess set. THATS IT. We will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, it is a very run down hotel with poor cleaning practices. Hallways were musty and so was the room. Carpets in the room are gross and floors in the bathroom are slimey. Stay away.

Clean updated rooms

I liked the location of the property it was easy to get to. The hotel staff was effective and informative upon check in. My room was clean and good for my short stay. There was a pool that I didn’t get to check out but that area looked really nice! Had cabanas and a big chess board. The parking was really odd, and most people had to park far away. I’m in a walking boot right now so it just make it more difficult for me to load/unload luggage. There were exposed wires in the ceilings of all the hallways when I was walking to my room, there were not ceilings protecting them.

The back of the hotel had a beautiful sitting area, pool, and oversized chess game. The lobby was welcoming and clean. For some reason, the ceiling was missing in the hallways exposing wires and beams. The room was ok. The fridge was not cold. There were some stains in the tub.

I feel I didn’t get enough value out of my stay since I could not eat the breakfast since it started at 6:30 am and I had to leave at 6:15 am. I don’t understand why the breakfast can’t be serve earlier travelers . Totally dissatisfied and disappointed.

Breakfast was ok plenty to choose from. Room was clean. However the walls are super thing I was able to hear full conversations from both rooms next to me late at night as well

Very nice pool/game/deck area, kids enjoyed it a lot. You might get unlucky with loud neighbors- sound insulation is not the best one. But our 2nd room was with no neighbors, so all good:) Excellent value for money
