Looks new! Martha at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us and answer our questions.

Very clean. New carpet smell! Spacious and easy check in checkout. I didn’t notice when I booked, but breakfast is not included. Also, bathroom door has 4 opaque window panes that allow the bathroom light to shine through into bedroom. If you’re up earlier than your family, expect the bathroom light to wake them. Other than that, very nice hotel.

Staff was accommodating, location was beautiful, when we had a maintenance request it was completed. Same day would stay here again love the place.

The property was conveniently located near my daughter’s summer workplace and workers’ quarters (Copper Mountain Resort). It was clean and well maintained. The shower in the bathroom was great. The landscape, in keeping with the entire resort, is a little tired. The sculpture in the entry court was not placed to its best advantage. The parking was close and easy. The only amenity that I used was the morning coffee in the lobby. I did not use the in-room television. The mistaken double credit card charge was fixed after two or three days back home.

Beautiful location. There was nothing that we did not like.

There was no parking I had to park my car a mile away and take a tram after I paid another 17$ "resort" fee maybe work on parking .

Bar said open until 11pm on Friday, bartender called last call at 9pm with a full bar after a concert. Patrons left to other bars/ restaurants. Returning to hotel at 10:30pm, the bartender resumed service
