Comfort Suites Copperas Cove

Unclean, pool green, dried food on concert around pool. Pillows smelled used and room smelled bad when walking in. No amenities provided except bars of shea butter soap- no shampoo. Toilet had rust along side. Paint keeping and ceiling in pool area huge water spots. Unclean to my standards. Don’t stay here- waste of money. If I could put 0 or no rating I would.

Majority of staff was friendly and helpful. However day time desk manager seemed disinterested in service or resolution when came to missing item in room. Would recommend hotel after it undergoes a serious change. Location seemed perfect

The hote is nice, i stayed there 2 days in a row i was so unhappy with the complimentary breakfast, on both days they didn’t have eggs, the orange & cranberry juice were all water, i had to tell the lazy working there all the time & she seemed not to give a fuck & on my 2nd day on room #218 i had flying cockroaches & have videos to prove it

This hotel is safety hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Upon arrival our room was dirty and stinky and had to be moved to another room.

The bathroom in our room still had shavings on the sink when we checked in our room. I told the housekeeper, she said she would take care of it. When we later returned to our room it was still there. I just cleaned and sanitized it myself.

Surrounded by a lot of eating places and shopping. Safe place to stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room dated and needs repairs (bed broken and squeaks, sink leaking and dripping, floor has dips under carpet). Air works, and breakfast was decent.

Got bit by 3-4 bed bugs never saw them but definitely looked like bed bug bites. Swollen, red whelps appeared the first morning I woke up along arms.

Room wasn’t cleaned well. Not vacuumed.

Several thing in the room didn't work. The light and outlet on one side of the living room didn't work. T.V. didn't work, bathroom drain stopper didn't work.

Our stay was great! The lobby was clean and the staff friendly. There wasn't a phone in the room so I had to go down to the lobby to get bedding for the sofa bed and ask questions, which I didn't love but it wasn't a deal breaker. The parking lot was a little small and there was an event at the hotel so I had to park in the lot next door until the parking lot cleared out some. The beds were comfy, the shower hot, and the fridge and microwave were great. The breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, muffins, pastries, cereal, and waffles. Not the best quality but it was free and the kids enjoyed it. We comfortably slept 5 in our room. It's located near a Walmart, HEB, Starbucks, Chipotle, Chik-fil-a, etc. I would stay here again.

Breakfast in not great. One of the lowest standard of breakfast. But you get what you pay for.

Room was very clean. Property well located next to Walmart.

Breakfast was standard No complaints. When we got to the room our TV didn’t work and we had to be put in another room which was fine after that. I was a little disappointed that the Pool was not open.
