Excellent service !

To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off around 6:00 AM. Being woken up that early by a fire alarm after dealing with excessive noise from the bar made the entire experience frustrating and exhausting. I expected a hotel to provide a comfortable and peaceful environment for its guests, but that was definitely not my experience here. I would not stay here again.

The A/C whistles while running which is annoying at night trying to sleep. We found a dead cockroach in the room and during our 6:25am fire alarm evacuation we found a couple in the stairwell too. Also, when running water in the bathroom sink, it would leak all over the counter. Beds were comfortable. Good shower.

The property was in a private area and had a beautiful lobby. Unfortunately, our room was very unkept. The pillow was stained with hair dye and there were hairs all over it. The bathtub was also very dirty with mold and hair everywhere. It should have been better.

The next morning, management apologized and offered Bonvoy points, a quieter room, and complimentary breakfast, but the system was down and I was told notes would be added to my reservation. When I returned later that day, there were no notes, the hotel was sold out, and the only accommodation provided was complimentary breakfast. I understand hotels can’t control every guest’s behavior, but they can control how noise complaints are handled and how well they communicate between shifts. I hope they improve their response to overnight disturbances so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Nice size updated room. The hotel appeared to be very well maintained overall.

It was okay. Water on the floor by bed. Faucet plunger didn't seem to work. Charge for parking.
