The property was in a private area and had a beautiful lobby. Unfortunately, our room was very unkept. The pillow was stained with hair dye and there were hairs all over it. The bathtub was also very dirty with mold and hair everywhere. It should have been better.

The next morning, management apologized and offered Bonvoy points, a quieter room, and complimentary breakfast, but the system was down and I was told notes would be added to my reservation. When I returned later that day, there were no notes, the hotel was sold out, and the only accommodation provided was complimentary breakfast. I understand hotels can’t control every guest’s behavior, but they can control how noise complaints are handled and how well they communicate between shifts. I hope they improve their response to overnight disturbances so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Nice size updated room. The hotel appeared to be very well maintained overall.

Staff was great. Clean and comfortable room and common areas. Great views from higher floors. Travelled with family. We will stay again.

Have a philosophy that we all work together to make it work and your staff was so receptive and appreciative and made the entire experience so enjoyable. They greeted us with smiles and asked what they could do for us. It was amazing and you all are luck to have ALL of them and thank you for whomever is running the hotel and treats their staff well as it was obviously reflected in their not only their work but their attitudes. Amazing

1. The bathroom door handle in our room was broken and we told staff but nothing was done. When you would try to open the bathroom the handle would come off the door. 2. The toilet in our room didn’t flush properly We enjoyed our time outside at the pool though we noticed it was in need of attention

This will be my new go to place when in the Fort Lauderdale area.

If you're looking nice and safe spot to lay your head, this place is great. If you're looking fit for a hotel to explore, find a different one. Based on the food quality, staff attentiveness, drink quality and atmosphere, this hotel should definitely be offering complimentary breakfast at minimum. $22 for a simple breakfast buffet spread and an omelet station is pretty ridiculous. Nearby hotels offer the same and more for free.

Hotel was beautiful, well maintained and staff was excellent. I have one complaint. There wasn’t a dresser in the room! We were two adults and two children in our room. We stayed for 5 nights - too long for living from the suitcase!

Excellent service!

Business meeting start at 8 Not enough time to enjoy a good breakfast. Good thing was that Starbucks opens at 5:30

The room was clean and nice and inside the hotel was clean and nice. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. I have no complaints there. We had an excellent server one night and then another day. The girl completely messed up the order which was still OK because what came was still delicious. All the staff I encountered was very nice and friendly except for the Housekeeper. When I asked the Housekeeper, if she could clean my room, she was doing the room next to us, and I had had the do not disturb on my door. The woman looked me up and down and saw that I had a nice handbag and kind of gave me a disgusted look like I was bothering her. She was fully judging me! 🙄She proceeded to clean my room with a very grumpy attitude and I ended up helping her make the bed because she looks so miserable. Other than that, the rest of the staff was friendly and nice and we enjoyed our stay and the convenience of where the hotel was located. The outside of the hotel definitely needs some better gardening and life to it.

It was a clean and the employees were so helpful. However, I will never understand why we had to pay for parking. Also, I don’t understand that we needed a voucher for breakfast. I wish I would have known that before. I didn’t even get a email explaining these fresh

This was my first time visiting this property and I must say from the moment we arrived it was a good experience. We met with Phylicia at check-in (I hope spelled her name right). She was very pleasant and really nice to me and my daughter. We did have a small hiccup with our room; however, front desk staff switched us to another room immediately, which I really appreciate them for that. Breakfast there is good and the staff was amazing, very helpful and kept a cheerful attitude while we ate in the dining area. I would only suggest that the cleaning staff do a better job with cleaning the bathroom. This was the reason why I had to switch rooms immediately after check-in. Other than that, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely revisit the property when in town.

Loved this hotel. Liked the secluded area of the hotel, and openness of the inside. Only issue we had was an air vent blowing cold air directly at the bed in front it. Had to sleep under covers the entire time.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was a pin left on the floor from the previous guest and it remained on the floor for the entirety of my stay. The fitted sheet was filled with bumps. I requested to have it changed however, all they did was made the bed with the same sheet. I had to call the front desk again to have someone come and change it. The room is dusty, and it triggered my allergies. I also had to report that to the front desk as it seems, the room was not dusted in quite a while. The bed was very uncomfortable, and they should not listed as a pillow top because the pillow top was completely worn down. Overall, the staff was friendly and the public areas of the hotel were clean; They did offer me a small credit for the inconveniences.

Front desk and custodial care was excellent, coffee was terrible, too strong, snacks too expensive . For such a beautiful place, we were a little disappointed.
