Motel 6 Corona, CA

Passable

I reserved a week in advance, and when I got there, they advised me that there was no rooms and basically told me to leave. They mentioned I would get a refund and I’ve still got no refund.

It was a Friday night and I don’t have any issues with younger people having a good time, it is to be expected. I arrived late and a group of not so young people were acting creepy and making a lot of noise coming and going, The same person from the same group was running back and forth to his car. There is more, but first I would like to point out the person who checked me in was helpful and well mannered. Walking to my room there was a window screen that had been ripped out and made me think someone had broken into the room. The screen was gone in the morning. The desk person warned me there was no AC. I read in a review, that another person experienced the same thing. To clarify, it is a central AC system that doesn’t work, at least for the building I was in. Corona is a wonderful community and I don’t want this review to represent any negative images about the city. 95% of Corona is very nice. My room smelled of insecticide and an about to die bed bug slowly made its way between my feet. The room was so hot, I decided it was worth the noise to have some cooler fresh air coming in. No one bothered me, but I was concerned since my room had a missing screen.

Very easy access to the freeway. Friendly and accommodating staff. I will certainly stay here again, if in the area.

I’ve stayed at motel 6s while traveling and this one was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The AC was out. The room smelled horrible and someone knocked on the door twice at 2am. Do not stay here!

A quiet Motel 6, and a busy one depending on the day of the week. Coffee in the Lobby every morning in the Lobby. A Restaurant, and a 7-11 Gas, and Convenience Store across the street. Over the bridge, and to the right you will find a Shopping Plaza with a Superior Grocery Store, and a Dollar Tree to start. In 6th Street you will find some shopping in, what I call, Old Corona. Enjoy your stay!

Right now there are a/c issues, but if you aren’t staying throughout the day and have a fan, it’s really not bad. There is unlimited ice on the property and if you stay really long, you can bring your own portable a/c unit. Lots of amenities. There is a laundromat onsite, unlimited ice, vending machine, and 7-eleven and McDonald’s within walking distance. I would highly recommend for Disney or any travelers trying to save money.

The hotel was nasty the doors looked like they had been kicked in had a really bad smell to the room. Toilet wasn’t flushing and was running no ac hotel was always having police inside all hours of the night do not go here horrible hotel

The property had no ac at all there was spider eggs and pincher bugs in the shower police was everywhere drug transaction were happening it was the worst I checked out the next day
