Motel 6 Corona, CA

Location is close to restaurants and convenience store. No air conditioning in our room

I would suggest contacting the property before your stay. the air conditioning was broken and it was unbearable.

The Manager warned me that the AC was out and offered me to cancel w no charge because the AC was out. AC was out and I had to get a new hotel with another booking agency with no notice or time...I had to spend $60 more due to the Booking.com lack of information on Motel 6's broken AC.

No AC at all no cold water in shower but the pool was great

The Assistant Manager (CC) was the only reason I stayed this time. This location has really gotten bad, from management purposely keeping the A/C off in the rooms in 100+ degree heat - just as they kept the heat off in Winter months to save money. The walls were dirty, so was the shower, there's rooms on the property that have personal A/C units sticking out the window and there's people literally living in their cars on the property. Having stayed for extended periods in the past, I thought I'd return; BUT NEVER AGAIN.

There is NO AIR CONDITIONING OR FANS FOR GUESTS. It’s been this way for more than a week if you read the reviews. They bought a brand new window AC unit for the reception AND a fan. They won’t give you a fan, not even their extra fan.

The hotel had no AC and they were rude whenever we asked when I was gonna get turned back on and it didn’t the whole entire stay and it was about 95° so we were sweating the whole entire night and they didn’t provide anything to help with our stay without the room having AC

The AC was broken my whole stay terrible. Rooms had weird smell, window screen was broken, the light in the bathroom was flickering.

There was no air conditioning nor did it state they were not working. Room was dirty and much more.

Nothing. I booked a room for 3 days and after I booked the hotel emailed me stating the air conditioning was out for THE ENTIRE COMPLEX. It was july and over 100 degrees. So I asked for my refund which I was told was FULLY REFUNDABLE BEFORE CHECK IN and it was not. I was charged 68 dollars. ABSOLUTE JOKE. It should state very clearly that your air conditioner is out of service for every room cause who wants a hotel room with no AC in the middle of summer??? Never staying at a motel 6 again thanksk this.

There was a issue with the air conditioning at the entire unit which affected all rooms and even though a notice had been sent out as to the issue, one would think they would have someone there to correct the problem immediately but nothing was done to correct the issue.

No AC for 3 weeks. You will be told after booking.

Terrible stay beware no working AC!! I was informed it won’t be working for another 2 months so beware before you book!! Also watch out a lot of people have pets at this hotel I killed two fleas during my stay….

A/c did not work my entire stay. I had to replace Room key continuously due to them randomly stop working . They did not provide fans for inconvenience or anything .

Prime Summer and the facility didn’t have the AC working

Nos dicen q el aire acondicionado no sirve , ese día estaba haciendo bastante calor y nosotros traíamos un bb así que no nos podíamos quedar , el personal del hotel dijo que podíamos Cancelar la reservación y de parte del hotel no abría ningún cargo, lo único que tenía q hacer es Cancelar por la aplicación EXPEDÍA así lo hicimos ,incluso llamamos por teléfono nos dijeron que tenían q verificar la información en el hotel mediante correo electrónico y asta hoy no me an devuelto mi dinero Expedía nunca volveré a reservar con ustedes muy mal servicio de intermediario
