Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Arpt & Conf Ctr by IHG

Room was not ready until 5:30. Room was pretty dirty and had an odd smell.

It is a older property that needs a lot of renovations both inside and outside the property. The room was decent size and cleaner than the outside hallways and elevator.

Cool place if you just need somewhere to sleep! The pool was a fun plus, just too much chlorine we all got sick

Missing you must clean the key of the door it is dirty and I also need to clean in sanitary from above deep please I hope soon better

Found a flying roach in our room

The parking lot was very poorly maintained. The hotel was okay, but the area was not the best. Staff was super friendly and helpful though.

Está tranquilo el lugar pero el cuarto muy sucia la carpeta había cucarachas y pulgas me picaron pies me imagino q son pulgas y compré un cereal ahí estaba vencido desde año pasado y el desayuno no es gratis lo cobran

We had no hot water the night we arrived and into the morning of us checking out. None of us could shower.

El área estaba tranquila pero el cuarto muy sucio la carpeta sucia había cucarachas y pulgas

The room wasn't cleaned during the two days we were there, and the housekeepers said they didn't have towels and that if I wanted them I should go down to reception to ask for them.

They made the stay very welcoming

No hot water, dirty bathroom floor, dirty towels, extremely smelly room, access cards that don't work Etc

The rooms were clean, the staff was professional and courteous however, the (floor) ice machine was out of order, there were only three bed pillows for two people and the parking lot asphalt and driveways were in dire need of repair.

Hotel was very nice, very comfortable and staff very helpful!

BACK DOOR/CARD ACCESS WAS WORKING EITHER. STAFF/FRONT DESK AT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WERE PHENOMENAL. WILL RETURN

I am bed bug bites . Very disappointed with the front desk
