SE'Air Motel By Townhouse Corpus Christi / Padre Island Tx

I stayed at this hotel in May 2021, and at that time, my experience was excellent. The facilities were in perfect condition, everything was clean and well maintained, and I had a very positive impression of the hotel. Unfortunately, we returned in August 2026, and the experience was completely different. The hotel is now in very poor condition and clearly needs better maintenance and cleaning. The facilities were dirty, the bathroom door handle was falling off, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the walls were dirty. It was disappointing to see how much the hotel has changed since my previous stay. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the rooms.

Stayed here for a couple of nights, close to beach and stores, it's a little 10 room place, owner very nice and helpful

Easy to get to the beach from Hotel and back on the front line road. Accommodations were fine lots of shelf space and countertop stove lots of table room.

I had a disappointing experience at SE’Air Motel By Townhouse in Corpus Christi – Padre Island. The room did not match the online description. It was not clean, the temperature was uncomfortable, and the refrigerator showed visible dust buildup and rust. The “kitchenette” did not appear as advertised. I requested to cancel my stay upon arrival and was told by the manager that I would not be charged and that the reservation would be canceled. Despite this, I was later charged for the full stay. I contacted both the hotel and Booking.com to resolve the issue, but I was unable to get the charge corrected. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again. Great cheap place to stay. No evidence of pest control issues. Great mattress protectors. Clean. Good water pressure. New floors.

We had a disappointing experience at this motel. Upon arrival, we found the office closed with no staff available to assist us. The door was closed, and the lights were off. Despite calling their phone number, we were directed to voicemail. What's more, they charged us despite their inadequate service and refused to provide a refund due to their policy. The outside looks very unsafe and sketchy, be aware of your surrounding here.

The stay was nice. Plenty of space and clean.

I paid for a three bed, and kitchenette and I was given a 2 bed without kitchenette. The owner of the property made me wait for him for about 15 minutes so he could tell me that I he had only received $72 from the third party and that the room coster over $100. I showed him my reservation and he said that it was a mistake and that it wasn't his fault. I needed the separate room offered in the app because my dad snores and I was willing to pay more for the extra room and the extra bed. However, I was given a single room. This motel is not honoring the advertised room.

1st night was placed in room with broken AC loud noise so couldn’t hear television was placed in another room after mentioned checking out for another motel was not the best experience

Great room every clean linen sheets towels great smell

The room was comfortable and we can park right in front of the room. The guest that was staying was in and out of the rooms making noise kept checking their cars it was kind of not too comfortable and at night anyway.

The customer service was excellent. The location was great could walkout door and see the water. No breakfast

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. When we drove into the property it was kind of sketchy looking but it was well lite so we decided to give it a try,we checked in and walked right back out the room was extremely dirty and the room was super small like you couldn't walk around and the wall had brown stains and then we tried to talk to the owners he was rude Indian man and didn't care,kept our money, and even worse!!!! A man came harassing us for a cigarette. Like never ever ever will we return and also the pictures online are not up to date either so tread with caution especially if you have kids this did not feel safe whatsoever. Didn't get my money but but will take this as a lesson learned.

The gentleman at the counter was gracious enough to cancel our stay. The room was disgusting. We booked a non-smoking, but it was stinky. When I opened the bathroom door and found cockroaches... well, we didn't even unpack the car.
