Un cuarto no se pudo usar ya que no tenia aire ni liz estaba sucio y el hotel estaba orrible en general

Staff was a little rude couldn’t get clean towles without exchanging dirty towles and only allowed 2 towles with 4 people in a room

Paid for a king got a double queen, definitely felt downgraded….

There was roaches. Roaches

The parking felt safe. The room was clean. The toilet ran all weekend. It would have been nice to have more lighting. The room was quite dark. Only one overhead light over towards the door.

It was quiet Room ,look dirty, the kitchenett looked old. Bed was not comfortable

Cheap Roaches and kept getting locked out of room

I liked that the staff were super nice and professional. Jessica was extremely helpful and courteous and professional. Thank you Jessica for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The keys to the door sometimes work and sometimes the keys don’t work.

Dirty, roaches seen when opened drawers. Beds did not feel clean.

Roaches everywhere in both rooms!!! People stomping upstairs so i was moved to a room that was being remodeled while rooming inside. When i came in feom work the door was left open for anybody to enter. I do not recommend this place. Not even for 1 night.

They told me they would clean the 17 and didn’t so when I went to the desk told me they would clean it on the 18th I get off room still wasn’t clean now she saying they will clean it on the 19th

Air conditioner didn’t work, old sheets and bad smells

They didnt have our reservation, which was a good thing. This place was disgusting.

It was nice

There were alot of flies, smoke alarm broken, tile broken, dirty shower/tub, towels not really clean, microwave didn’t work, no iron to iron clothes, dirty ceiling.

The building is older and you pay for what you get. A cheap price means not a well kept bulding. My kids know no differences they enjoyed our vacation away from home. The had fun in the pool even though it is an older pool. Office was nice and help ful. We were glad tbey had at washer dryers down stairs and a working stove to feed my picky kiddos.
