I did booking.com , I get there and no reservations. When I gave my card, AND said I would be there by 11pm... so upset. And I use booking always.... NOT ANY MORE.... Not a dam thing.

That the room had a refrigerator and stove The staff was ugggh rude and very unprofessional. . We had no towels, the tv didnt work and staff tried to put us in a room that was already occupied..we asked to be moved and the lady told us, well u didnt even pay for the room.. like what? We booked thru booking.com. we just grabbed our thing and left to another hotel.

Someone was being arrested as soon as we walked in, no clean towels, we asked for a king size bed room, got two queens. we asked for a no smoking room and got a smoking room. It was incredibly sticky in gross in the room. The air vents had mildew on them.

Noting really Was charged more than what booking was charging me. Not wash clothes in rooms. Facilities inside and out weren’t very clean. Smelt like weed outside in front of building.

It was a little dingy. There was paint peeling on the walls, the AC seemed a little deattached, one of the outlets (the one by the nightstand) had give to it.

The room was clean, shower was good, the AC was working, there were a good amount of outlets. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the blanket they had was real soft. The front desk lady was nice and professional The room was dirty had hair in the shower, the towels that were in the room were all wet, a lot of homeless people and sketchy individuals there as well as stray dogs
