They couldn't give me my refund back since I had just saved there for 3 days when I had paid for 5 days....

N/A. Pictures for advertising this hotel are OUTDATED. Filthy , unorganized, front staff said they didn’t have the rooms I booked in advance because she had been busy all day and because I booked through a “third party” it was the reason I didn’t have the rooms with the required beds I had booked.

Absolutely nothing The whole stay !!

Absolutely nothing! This place was disgusting contrary to the reviews and photo's. We booked 2 rooms. 1 room had cockroaches and water dripping from the celing from all the moisture and humidity. The other room had moisture everywhere. The floor, the furniture, the cabinetry was wet n sticky. The headboard was wet n sticky. The bedding was all wet. The room was extremely stuffy and hard to breathe. The toilet was not cleaned, had poop marks from previous renters. We settled in around 9pm and 10pm the reception closed so we just had to stick around until the next morning. We requested refund for the second night that we had booked to which the property agreed and promised to process once booking.com sends them the refund request form. Upon reaching out to the website they failed to "reach an agreement with the property" (which is ridiculous because it was already agreed upon) the just offered a courtsey credit of $35 where i was to get a refund of $200 for the 2 rooms second night WHICH WE DIDNOT STAY. I WASN'T EVEN ASKING FOR THE FIRST NIGHT REFUND ALTHOUGH THAT WAS FAIR TO ASK. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN booking.com teams incompetence and the property. NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS PLACE SPECIALLY THROUGH THIS SITE

So I told them I couldn't stay there either, My Brother is a Double Amputee and I could not leave him alone so I requested a refund for myself and they did.

Really, I had a Reservation People. So I was upset and left.

Has a kitchen in case you need it with a full size fridge. No security and cameras don’t work besides one. They state all over the premises that cameras are in use but really not. I had a small tote stolen out of the back of my truck and management couldn’t do anything about it. I had stayed in Motel 6 off of I-37 and nothing had ever happened til I got to that location. I had a coworker get his license plate stolen in that location as well.

None We arrived at 3Pm to check in they said the rooms are not ready, to come back or call an hr later. Then we called an hr later they said they are still not ready, to call again an hr later. We called at almost 6pm (this is supposed to be just a 1 night stay- check in at 3pm- check out next day at 11am) they said 1 of the room is ready but the other one, they have not started cleaning at all. They even let me hear the cleaning person on the radio while I was on the other line. I explained to them that my in laws are 82 and 80 yrs old and 1 is a disabled veteran. We need the rooms right away. They did not care at all! No sympathy no compassion! I cancelled the reservation. She said that it should be cancelled no charge since it’s their fault. I called booking.com and explained what happened. Rep said to make them response to the email sent to them so that I will not be charged. I called the hotel again & all she said to me was that yes, I cancelled it already. I don’t have to response to any email. Just so frustrating on both ends since booking.com should know and understand the situation as well. I will have to just go straight to the hotel to book next time eventhough I booked another hotel thru booking.vom after I cancelled the other one. No help on both sides. Really bad costumer services on both ends.

Staff was friendly, place was clean. No issues. At the lucatio. We wanted.

Nothing I did not like the fact that they told me there was no rooms available and still charged my card. And did not want to refund my money back

You only get 1 roll of toilet paper, any additional is $3.00 per roll. They only clean room every 3 weeks and you have to purchase any pots or pans if needed.

The room had black mold in the restroom

I didnt No help from staff. No wash tags or towels in the room and when i called to get them noone ever responded.

Staff was not really helpful.

We never been to a hotel where they didn't take your towels or trash from outside your door, we had to pay for toilet paper which was another thing. They have a lot of homeless people walking around. We will never book her again and recommend nobody to stay here, if I knew where the location of this hotel was I wouldn't had booked it in the first place. The owner definitely needs to do a clean up around his hotel for the homeless.

I would like to get refund The lights went out 6 hours they were knocking at my door before even was checkout time.The manager was really rude
