Such a beautiful hotel with great amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Staff genuinely wanted to help out. Pool was small.

The hotel was very clean, in a beautiful location, and surrounded by restaurant options. However, our room was directly next to construction that was very loud and we were unaware of. We asked the front desk if there was any way we could change rooms and we were met with attitude and extremely rude customer service. We did not get to change rooms and ignored by the 2 evening shift front desk women for the rest of our stay.

We were put next to a construction site where there was lots of noise, on the flip side when we checked in one young lady went out of her way to find me a cart to use to bring my luggage in, when she could not find one. She cleared out a cart they had in the back room for me to use and it did not take long for me to unload all my items into my room. Once again going out of her way to help.

Beautiful spot and well maintained. While we enjoyed our stay we didn’t love getting a noise complaint and the staff not believing me even though I was in the room alone and

Overall, excellent stay. Bella at the front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and the pool area was great for kids having the garage and the great location made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!

Very good location! Clean rooms and building is new

they charge $15/day to park in the parking garage. Didn't mention that when they asked if I wanted a parking pass

The pool was fantastic. The rooms were clean and brand new. The staff was kind and very helpful.

bed was amazing, staff was lovely. we had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. utterly ridiculous. It did not say this in a prominent place in booking. I would not have booked there had I known. rip off. Also, not continental breakfast, also nuts. would have picked a different place had I known either of these things.

It was very clean, and well kept.

Didn't have it you would have charged me extra should be free for what I paid for the room you charged extra for parking that should be free also I probably won't stay there again Extra charge for parking and breakfast
