Still waiting for our adjusted price for the room We were charged more than quoted. The charge was more than quoted and we were told it would be adjusted. Still waiting.

It was a nice room We had 2 camel spiders in the room and we just couldn't stay in that room knowing those huge spiders were in our room,just couldn't sleep!

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable It was pretty clean

Nothing booking.com made a mistake on the reservation and I was told I needed to pay more or get my money refunded. Which I think was wrong I paid what booking confirmed my reservation would be and I paid. I had to sleep for 2 nights in the car and shower at a gas station which I feel that the mistake was not mine it was between booking.com and the hotel and I had to pay for that an inconvenient if I have to say so myself. And not being able to speak to booking.com nor a manager at the hotel all the front desk could do is refund what booking.com had charged. I really feel I should have been accommodate because it was not my fault. I had stayed at this hotel before and had so complaints and had emailed you'll about it last year and I thought I'd give the hotel another chance but low and be hold it was worst this time. How can booking work/use this hotel for business/reservation if they treat customer like this.. If you really do anything about these questions then give me a call 210 391-5855 you have my name an email. The way customers have to be treated by a mistake that was not the customers fault. Where has customer service gone for companies these days.

The person in the front desk was nice Room was very dirty, pillows smelled used, coffee maker was dirty and had mold, toiled as dirty

The room not being cleaned. Still had beer in the fridge from someone else

Shower was great. Room was fine wouldn't stay here for longer than a week. Neighbors were loud and the rooms have little sound proofing in walls.

No was perfect for my needs.

That we got a room No shower curtain, towels were so ugly/old looked brown not white, we killed 2 spider in BR, microwave not working, sink drain clot, door hard to unlock from inside

I liked the price.. that was about all, and the location. That's about the only real positive of this location that I can see. Check in was terrible. My husband checked in and then told me he had to pay for his brothers room because some how they linked them. Which didn't make sense. After seeing his paperwork I realized they checked in the wrong person. His 1st name diff last name. So we got that corrected and refunded. The staff was pretty pissy about it. Granted I wasn't thrilled but atleast I apologized for my attitude. Finally get to our room and did a recording of the hole in the wall, and all the scuff marks, and little damages to walls so I don't get accused of them. There was water on the toilet seat and floor in RR. As well as someone dental floss inside of toilet and on counter.. there was dried specks of toothpaste in sink. The beds appeared to be clean so I guess that was a good thing. But overall disappointed.

Staff was kind. Rooms where not clean. Sheets weren't clean. Food and toothpaste all over sink and end table. Floors weren't mopped, food and saucs were all over the floor. No toliet paper and no towels. And to add to everything, there was no parking available.
