Best Western Plus Chicagoland - Countryside

Quiet but the bed was not as comfortable as I would like

Everyone was great loved coffee set up

We stayed there one night and it was fine, except there was a light odor of marijuana in the hall

Shower had some traces of untreated mold, other than that the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was fine too.

There was 4person in the room and only 3 towels in shower,that’s only complaint I have

Lo que mas me gusto fue la atención de Lupe la empleada del desayuno muy atenta, amable y servicial. Lo que no me gusto fue la limpieza, no limpian todos los días si no cada 2 días. Tenía que estar buscando toallas limpias diarias. La habitación no tenía buen olor y el aire acondicionado de noche creo que tienen un timer por que hacia mucha calor.

Had to stay because of a power outage. Was fine for an emergency but the place could be cleaner and kept up nicer. Especially for the price.

Breakfast was free and not that bad. The room was clean expect they don't take out your trash until you check out. Only one elevador worked and some young ladies got stuck in it for 10 minutes. The parking was free and the location that the hotel is in is good overol because its close to some stores and fast food restaurants.

Thanks for providing a Great stay... Best Western should try a pork alternative like turkey sausage or chicken sausage for a cheaper healthier choice.
