Room was clean, breakfast was good, with a few options, staff were friendly and free parking , price was reasonable!

Our room was clean. The breakfast has alot of choices. The exercise room got a little hot but we are experiencing red highs in our area.

The only issue was I stayed for 4 nights and my room was never cleaned. This issue was reported to from desk staff the second and third night with no resolve. A message was also left with the manager. There was no response. If this is normal practice it should be stated on their website.

It was a nice stay, but panty should open until 10 am instead of 9 am as we sleep late visiting different places and wake up late

Everything was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I would say get breakfast next door at the William Tell. I dont take points away for the breakfast. Those poor souls that reheat the breakfast deserve our compassion. Real breakfast next door at William Tell

We arrived a little later into the evening. There were a lot of random people hanging outside who I'm not sure were actually staying there. The one person working seemed pretty overwhelmed but was nice when we checked in. The room was spacious but hot. Despite the AC running continuously, it only went down a couple degrees by the time we left the next morning. Breakfast was good - a nice setup to be able to make breakfast sandwiches, yogurt with toppings, waffles, etc. There wasn't a lot of space to sit, though. It was pretty crammed with people. Overall, I would stay here again if I needed a cheap, quick night. But I wouldn't come here for a vacation.

Everything was great!

The facility was upgraded since the last time we stayed there. It is a very nice hotel. The facilities were very clean. I felt the bed was not as comfortable as other hotel stays, I would recommend improved mattresses in the horizon, but maybe i'm a bit picky. It was nice, but I wanted more comfortable. I feel that hotel stays for 1 night 150+ per night is excessive. We travel for sports and this is very expensive every weekend when we are literally checking in, showering, sleeping and leaving the next day. So I always feel that being in a hotel for less then 20-24 hours it's expensive to have something nicer and clean.

Pillows were comfy and the staff was kind and polite The carpets are old and stained. Lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, lot of people in the lobby. Room was older and the rooms were hot and stuffy

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was very modern and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!!
