The rooms have dirty I mean dirty stained carpet. The sink look like it was about to fall apart. The AC does not blow out strong

I loved the politeness of the staff. The room was very clean and it is dog friendly. Seating area is nice it's a level down from the main lobby. My friends came to visit and we enjoyed the space. While I was staying at the facility there were some improvements being made to the outside and it looked really nice when I departed. Feels like people care how the facility looks and they seem to want to give excellent service.

Rooms and facility was clean. The first room they gave us was already occupied! They made up for it by give us a king suite over a regular king room. They also changed us twice For our $50 incidentals, I had already paid it through a check in link sent via text and they said at The front desk they didn’t see it on there end even though I showed them my bank app where it was pending.

Close to what I needed to get to (under 15mins) Outdated furniture, room was not well claned/maintained (there was stuff on the wall from a previous guest) Vents had thick, visible dust Rooms were not cleaned during the stay dim lighting Breakfast area was extremely small, limited food options, and items like tea/coffee were not available throughout the day No options for hot chocolate Too many chairs in the common seating area = cluttered; signs forbidding people from eating in their rooms seem unreasonable Expensive room did not match the look of the room advertised online

The rooms were clean, the staff was super nice, parking was great. It was me, hubby, and our dachshund in one room. My 88 year old mother was in the room next door. We have always picked this hotel when visiting Covington. We have never had any problems.

This was a nice hotel. Very close to the highway and places for food nearby. Beds were very comfortable and room had refrigerator and microwave which was an added bonus. Mostly quiet except for heavy footed person on floor above us, which wasn't the hotels fault. Would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
