The building is a bit dated and could use some TLC. The pool is in need of some repair but was clean and swimmable. The staff was exceptional - very helpful. The location is very nice - off the beaten path, but at the same time close to anything you would need.

Nothing major bad or good. That would be a 3 to me but the staff was very prompt in addressing issues so I give it 4 stars

Cleaning staff needs training or better pay. Not sure of the pay rate but better pay might equal a better job by staff. Room had many spots that have been skipped for quite a while. Breakfast was a joke. I thought I was being pranked. Not up to par. Quality and selection were not there. Ac works great! Hot water during the day, never found her. Location is a bit remote. Stayed here many times under old hotel name and never had any issues.

Didn’t have any towels. I did not complain. I used a hand towel to dry off. The next day I was accused of stealing towels lol. Very strange place

Extremely clean rooms, comfortable bed, superb customer service. This is my go-to hotel whenever we have no air conditioner or electricity at home due to storms, hurricanes, etc. Very quiet as well. I got an excellent night's sleep.

I stayed Friday through Monday, no hot water on Saturday, there were no curtains to block the very very bright parking lot, so it looked like it was daylight in my room at night. Only gave 1 set of towels.

Clean, comfy room, nothing fancy. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Cute town within a few miles.
