Unfortunately, the accommodations did not live up to the rest of the property. The room was noticeably dated and could benefit from renovations and updated furnishings. The towels were extremely rough, which took away from the comfort of taking a shower. Parking was also a major frustration. Spaces were limited, difficult to find, and not well managed, making it inconvenient to come and go. Overall, the outstanding staff, excellent dining options, and prime location were enough to make our stay enjoyable. However, without those positives, the condition of the rooms and the parking situation would have resulted in a much lower rating. With some updates to the accommodations and improvements to parking, this property could easily provide a much better guest experience.

If you are staying there to ski, it would be absolutely amazing.

Cons: really dark dated rooms, super uncomfortable pillows, old TV with terrible reception, and high added fees. Each night you pay $30 resort fee, $30 parking fee, and for pets $35 per night. Meaning if you drive with your dog it’s an extra $95 per night They’re rebranding to the Beckwith and presumably going through renovations soon, which will be a double edged sword as it’ll look nicer, but likely be even more expensive

Location For what this hotel charges, we were shocked at how terrible this place was. It's super old, not updated at all, carpet everywhere, it stinks, amenities were almost non-existent and the worst part is THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING! When we spoke to the hotel staff about this, this clearly did not care about our comfort in the least. They refused to move us to another room even when we asked nicely as the room we had faced the afternoon sun. We were also traveling with our toddler and the recommendation was to leave the balcony door open but it didn't lock so this was completely unsafe and just not a safe option. We were very disgusted that our comfort clearly didn't matter, even though this is a nicer resort that we paid $300 for one night. ZERO OUT OF TEN!

We live this spot in CB. Great view of the mountain, limited dining variety, staff is kind and helpful. Location is not directly in town but still a great central point for whatever activities you’ve got going on.

No issues. Used the parking. Appreciated the complementary bike valet. Quiet time of year. Dog had a good time too.

Third time we’ve been and each time the jacuzzi was out of order, didn’t realize there was an outside one. That would have been more enjoyable than the indoor one anyway. People were helpful, but even with the open balcony door, it was a little warm overnight. Also, different stops for different elevators was confusing for a while, at least for this old man! Thanks for an enjoyable visit to CB.

Hotel has not been updated since approximately the 1990s. The pool table is damaged, the ping pong table was damaged. The carpeting throughout was dirty. No patio furniture. The mattress on the pull-out couch had a stain. No ironing board in room and when was provided with one, the cover had large permanent ripples in it, so could not use it. Bar code to order from hotel restaurant did not work. No cable and not mentioned online or by front desk. Parking area striping was faded, leaking pipes and hanging pipe insulation on pipes. Photos online do not depict the actual condition in room or throughout hotel. Very disappointed for the price.

We had a wonderful stay!
-
Well equipped, has big gym and spa and a lot of common area for activities. It is too old.

No room service at all so bins overflowed. No air con and fan provided was like a jet engine in the bedroom. View was on to construction on the road outside and workmen started around 6.39am and made a lot of noise

The scenic views of gigantic rocky mountains and lay of the land in general. No

Good location. Very thin walls. Hot rooms. Outdated.
-
The front desk needs to be more informative about the resort

Very nice. Thank you. See you next ruine

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're there during the ski season as they don't seem to cater to people during the offseason.

Great stay! We enjoyed our time

Elevations is always a safe bet. During winter you cant pass up the ski in ski off location. Rooms are comfortable and we had a balcony with a view. Pretty reasonable for crested butte. Its a little dated, but cant beat the ski on ski off during winter.

The property was clean, and I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. However, I was disappointed with the service at the front desk. On the morning of check-out, we woke up to find there was no running water, which we discovered from a note slipped under the door explaining that there would be no water from 8am to 4pm. Feeling a little frustrated by this inconvenience, I approached the front desk to ask for more information and see if there was anything they could do to help. I mentioned I was frustrated and the staff members reaction was quite rude and dismissive, giving only a dead stare and asking, "Well, what are you looking for?" It made me wonder if this is the kind of customer service we should expect. While I understand emergencies can't always be avoided, a little reassurance or assistance would have gone a long way in making our stay more comfortable. Sadly, no apology or sympathy was offered for the major inconvenience of not being able to shower or use the restroom. It felt like we were treated more like an annoyance than valued guests, which was very disappointing and made for a poor experience.
