I thought my room was nice and clean The breakfast buffet was great

Staff stated the indoor pool was heated, when actually the pool itself is not heated the room the pool is in, is heated. Spa was nice however had so much chlorine in it that it actually bleached my swim suit. Bed was really hard but some people prefer a “firm” mattress.

We barely slept and I went down just after 7a to speak with the manager. We were granted a comp stay in a different room. Room 207 seemed a better place to stay. We were out from 1p-10p and upon returning saw a few roaches. A bigger roach was in the bathtub the next morning. I left a note with the desk clerk as we checked out. The hotel could use some modifications and the carpet needs to be shampood or removed. Overall, it's packaged well. However, I can't stay in a place for hours while risking getting roaches to bring home! The desk stays vacant for minutes before some greets you. Customer service was good during our stay! Breakfast was a nice and freshly made assortment of a variety of foods to meet an array of dietary needs. Again, over the next month avoid rooms 215 & 207 as

Rooms were very clean, beds were nice and comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Bathrooms were very clean and came with dove shampoo conditioner body wash all the great extras. Breakfast was hot and ready to go..got us on the road. The lady that was in control of breakfast was very professional and on top of everything!

Always a go to spot for the kids to swim indoor without all the chaos. Clean and staff is always friendly Pool was little cold surprisingly for June. Although that never stops the children.
