This was a beautiful property. It was clean, bright, and welcoming. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly. The pool was clean and fun for the kids. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, breakfast was ok, staff was helpful and nice. Overall great place to stay.

The breakfast was limited due to a broken appliance. You had to knock on a door and wait and then ask for items and wait until they brought it out for each individual. There were plenty of towels in the room and it was clean. Many other home 2 locations have lotion in the room and this one did not.

This was our first time staying at this location. I was very impressed with the building. It looked very new. The room we booked was as described and great. Location was close to restaurants. We would stay here again!

I was greeted as I walked in. I had keys and water in my hand before my family walked In the door. I felt important. The hallway was well lit and had a good temperature and smell. Room looked immaculate.

Really good location in Crestview. This was not a pleasure visit - my Mom was in hospice and we came to be with her before she died. The hotel made those circumstances SO much better. The staff, and I have to do a shout out for Brittnany (night staff), - wow she's so nice. The first night I stayed, I couldn't get the microwave to work. I called her and she bounced up to my room in 5 minutes and we both had a laugh about my stupidity. From then on - we needed to tell her each day if we would be checking out or not (it was a waiting game with my Mom) and we just had some laughs in a stressful time. Also, thanks to Liz - I think she is a District Manager - Scott (also night staff) told us to email her about our circumstances - she gave us a break on the rates. Everything was great. However, at check-in, the staff member was having a hard time with my account. She was so kind and trying her best. It took her a little bit of time therefore we ended up with a line. There was another staff member who was there but left. I understand that it was time to leave but there was a line. He could have stayed and helped.
