Next, the breakfast bar was worth very little with minimal eggs although it was 9:45. The coffee was empty at that same time. For the rate we paid, we expected much more. The exercise room is of no value to the average traveler as is the pool. IF it were not for the local college, this property would be vacant. I'm betting that it will be under different ownership the next time I pass through Crete.

1. Bathroom lights would not go on unless entry hall light was on as well. Not ideal in the middle of the night. 2. Bathroom sink water was warm no matter which way you turned the valve. 3. Shower glass had build up of soap scum and enclosure had mold around the base. 4. Hotel cable didn't have Fox (World Cup) available. 5. Mediocre breakfast - prepackaged microwave stuff. We asked if we could checkout a day early due to family logistics situation. We were told we would still be charged for the night which led to extended drives to visit with family.

Some food should be available at 0600 as many working people have to get going early. Workout room could use a recumbent bicycle. TV fritzez out every minute or two, almost unwatchable.

Laundry room dirty, coffee and hot water lukewarm at best, I have spent over a month in this hotel over the past few years and i have never seen the halls vacuumed…..they either need more staff or more motivation…..if this were not the only modern hotel in town it would be empty.

The breakfast was not up to standards. Breakfast wasn't good, not up to typical Marriott standards. Also, have the pump dispenser for the coffee creamer, not the little packets where you have to open 10 to get two teaspoons of creamer.

Everything was great except the very disappointing breakfast. Very few options, and their fridge and juice machine were not working. The little bowls with ice containing yogurts and only 2 milks were not adequate to keep things cold.
