This property is in serious need of updating. It was ranked fairly highly to comparative properties in the area and I’m not quite certain why. Very worn.

Frequent traveler to this hotel so I want to say always like it here but this time the hotel seemed way cleaner and even smelled better it’s a value to mid range hotel and if they could just up the breakfast options a bit would be a five star all around. Maybe access to better water too for cheaper

No lactose intolerant food choices, e.g. milk or yogurt. The breakfast room too small for the number of rooms. I wish Crystal Lake had a more central hotel. This hotel was on the outskirts.

The rooms are dated and have a dark overall look - not too cheerful. But the bed was very comfortable and that’s important. Free breakfast was just ok. Weight room/gym was fairly well equipped for a small space. Adequate parking right by hotel. There is an elevator which we appreciated when we had our bags, otherwise used the stairs for much quicker up and down.

Decaf coffee at breakfast was never hot, just lukewarm. Common garbage on 3rd floor was not emptied regularly, so would be overflowing several days.

It's very convenient for visiting family. It's a quiet hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Too many sugary things at breakfast. A few healthier options would be nice. Not a lot of counter space in the bathroom.
