Don't stay here if you have another choice. Electrical outlet cover missing. Hole in the bathroom wall. Bed so worn out could feel the springs. Overall it was sad and in need of maintenance and updating.

NA The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. The refrigerator made a low humming noise, like a fire alarm. I shook it a little and it stopped. During the night it started again, shaking it didn't work. I had to unplug it, totally ruined our sleep.

The king-size room was clean, lots of accessible outlets for phones, and quiet dispite being next to the train tracks.Breakfast room was large.Price was good and we could walk to the court house which was the purpose of our stay. Parking was confusing, one small lot in front and an unmarked large lot behind. Breakfast food was basic, one pot of coffee, one hot food offering, No extra pillows or blankets, bed sheets had brown stains.

Looks good for an old hotel. Breakfast was ok

Location..breakfast ok..so so The train was a bit loud.,till about 1 am..then is was ok..staff was good..walking distance to good food.. Baltimore grill..staff recommended

The room was near and clean. The hotel itself however feels like it's dying a slow death. Only one elevator works, the ice machines don't work and the vending machines don't work and you can only get snacks from the counter with cash. The pool looks like it hasn't been used for quite a while. The parking is free and easy though. The noise from the train tracks is constant too

Mattress uncomfortable, neither slept well

This hotel was awful. I expected more from Ramada. Noone at the front desk, just a kiosk with a remote person on the screen. I could not find a real employee. I know you need to cut costs but the person at the front desk is an important part of the experience

Location, cleanliness. Front desk with remote check in clerk.
-
Great value - convenient location to downtown restaurants, museum, C&O Canal, and GAP. Large room with comfortable bed, desk, reading chair etc. I had no problems.
-
It was close to Messos bar No vending machine
-
The room was Excellent but the building is neglected: pool and coffee bar are closed. There is a live person at the desk only from 3 PM to 7 AM. The vending machines are all empty except for one single bar of granola. Breakfast was decent practical but sad.

Easy access to places in the area. The room was clean. Washer/Dryer on 6th floor. TV channels were very limited, VERY limited. Check out was with a kiosk and a person or AI who told me I wasn't in the room I said I was in. Took 15 minutes for him/it to get it together.
