Staff wasn’t very help full, and I would like to why I have 2 small charges, also this is the first time ever there have to pay for parking, while my car was parked outside nothing private

Everything was wonderful... but the parking isn't free it was $14 dollars a night which its that bad

Upon check in, the room smelled like mold and mildew. It was so strong, and clearly coming from the AC unit in the room. We called and complained, and the front desk weren't able to move us rooms, due to being fully booked that weekend. I understand it was labor day weekend, but there was really no room to move us to? Front desk offered to send up maintenance to look at the unit, while we were gone for a family event. They called and explained they deep cleaned the carpet under the unit and cleaned the unit. They also placed 2 air filters and a dehumidifier in the room to mitigate the smell. While the room smelled like cleaning product, the mildew smell remained, and got worse as we slept! In the morning we called the front desk again and complained about the smell, and they were able to move us to another room for our remaining night. They also gave us a $10 breakfast credit each for the inconvenience.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was a great size. Fridge and microwave were great to have. A desk to work at. Lots of outlets, USB ports, etc. Plenty of towels. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Parking was accessible and plenty of spaces. The shower had mildew around the shampoo/soap dispensers and a few other places. The sink was cracked. The location was great except for rush hour it was hard to get in/out of the area.

I arrived late and left early. The front desk staff was friendly and the bar staff made sure I had a great meal. The people were all fun and engaging. The room was not very clean and I found a bug in my bed.
