Comfortable beds , breakfast was really good and great customer service..

Housekeeping staff should not be knocking on the door an hour before checkout to try to get the guest to leave before 12:00 PM. The "Do Not Disturb" sign was displayed, yet they still came by twice to knock and call the room.

A staff member approached me, asked if the toast belonged to me, and after I confirmed it did, she removed it from the toaster with her bare hands. She then told me that I was using the toaster incorrectly and repeatedly insisted that my toast was too burned and that I was not making it the right way. I explained that this was simply my personal preference, but she continued to argue with me and repeatedly told me to take the toast. At that point, I told her I no longer wanted it because she had handled it with her bare hands. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, her attitude became dismissive and discourteous, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. While I understand that employees may need to provide guidance if a guest is using equipment improperly or creating a safety concern, this situation did not warrant having my food handled by hand or being criticized for my personal preference. I found both the handling of my food and the manner in which I was spoken to to be unprofessional.

The hotel lobby was clean and inviting. Absolutely no problems with my room and the breakfast bar had numerous selections NOTHING!!!

Unfortunately I didn't get to try any of the breakfast. Some of the plugs in the room I was in or a little worn and may need to be replaced

Love the location. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast, but we wished they had potatoes or hash browns.

Love is felt as you walk into Cypress Holiday Inn Express, Because you're greeted with a Loving " Hello and How are You Doing?"

Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when we found a large dead cockroach on the bathroom floor. Later that night, I got up to use the restroom and saw another large live cockroach run out from behind the toilet while I was sitting on it. The next morning, when I went to take a shower, I noticed a small cockroach crawling on the shower ceiling. At checkout, the front desk associate was very kind and professional. He asked how I enjoyed my stay, and I politely explained what had happened. He seemed genuinely surprised and caught off guard by my experience and didn’t really know how to respond. I hate leaving negative reviews because the hotel itself was attractive, the staff provided excellent customer service, and everyone was courteous. However, the roach problem made my stay very uncomfortable. I hope management addresses the pest issue because this hotel has the potential to provide a much better experience.

Very clean hotel, very friendly couldn’t ask for anything better next to the outlet mall!

Location! Staff was very pleasant and friendly! It would have been nice for breakfast to go until 10 but it’s fine.

We always enjoy our stay here. Great value for the price.
