Overall its nice stay. Clean room breakfast was good comfortable stay for family.

Not a quiet property needs a lot of TLC. Staff was very nice

Everything was really clean and well maintained. There was a ceiling fan in our room. The AC worked wonderfully. Breakfast was good and lots of selections.
-
The area looked like the have done some updating to the place which was nice. overall was a nice stay. Warm breakfast was a real treat.
-
Had trouble checking in, our AC didn’t work, and breakfast was over crowded, but all in all it was ok. We just needed a place to sleep for a few hours and it did the job.

The hygienic conditions were terrible! The bedsheets were dirty with visible dried, dirty fluids on them, and human hair on the bedsheets, indicating that they were never changed. Despite repeated requests to talk to the manager, no one ever talked to us. The terrible hygienic conditions are extremely concerning. I would like to request a refund for my stay. I have pictures of the room's conditions

The front feet was nice and the room was clean. However, there was a man working outside our room with power tools and even had a pile of saw dust on the hall floor. He was taking very loudly on speaker phone at 10pm.

June 2026. Under renovation. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The young lady that checked us in was very helpful and super nice. The hotel was nice and quite. They were in the middle of installing new carpet in the halls, but didn't cause any problems. I would stay there again
-
The king sized bed in my room was installed the wrong way. My feet hung off the bed all night. Room 101. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee was good though.
-
Decent stay for a midway stop from Denver to Dallas.
-
Pool and Sauna dirty. Shower had cold water only. Bed was hard as rock.
-
Beds were uncomfortable, AC was noisey, and the doors were difficult to shut. Breakfast biscuts were stale and the gravy was the consistency of mashed potatoes. One of the worst hotel stays I have experienced.

Best towels I have felt in a long time. Look this is a pretty small city. They are doing renovations to improve their business. I had my fan with me. Didn't hear any trucks or trains. Slept so good after that long ride.

Everything was good clean room nice pool great breakfast

Were very kind and attentive, kept exceptionally clean lobby, kitchen, office and rooms. The hot water in my room didn't work so I went to the pool to wait and it was fixed within the hour. Great service. Only suggestion is that secondary curtains be added to the first floor rooms bc the parking lot lights are so bright and the blackout curtain is a single lowering sheet panel, and it lets in lots of light around the sides.

Location and breakfast were good Room layout made no sense. Construction continued past 9PM. AC unit was iffy.
