The service was just beyond subpar - from check in to check out. We expect better for this price point of hotel. Our daughter attends college nearby and we will find other accommodations going forward. It is a shame there weren’t more hospitable staff to deal with unexpected issues. Excellent service could have kept us as customers even in the face of the problem.

I got a handicapped room and didn't request one. That was disappointing

I just wish the rooms had a coffee maker and cups.

The main item with which I have a concern is the softness of the bath towels. They seemed clean, but much used.

I love this hotel. The restaurant isn’t as good as it used to be, which is kind of sad but everything else is great. My room was clean daily by very kind of people. I stay there for a week because I actually had a facelift down in Dallas and it was super embarrassing, and the staff was so nice to me. I got a fractional laser which made me look like an alien for a few days and they still made me feel welcome —thank you for making an embarrassing few days feel comfortable for me.

The excellent location off of Central Expressway and Mockingbird. Through no fault of the hotel, major road construction is on-going at the entrance, making it difficult to enter & exit

Really nice location and the facilities were very nicey laid out. As a frequent traveller this will definatley be one of my chosen stays All great, nothing to note. Excellent

Nice room, gym, and restaurant. Staff very friendly and what you would expect from Hilton's nicer collection of hotels.

Hobby bathroom was nasty. It is outdated. Room was small. You can bring water or pay 8 dollars for theirs.
