This hotel is perfect for those who want to avoid the traffic and congestion of other areas such as downtown. It’s nestled in a quiet and nice neighborhood and you’re a short drive away from the Bishop Arts District which has so many places to stay busy with. Our room’s bathroom door wouldn’t shut closed, so that wasn’t the greatest and for some reason the hallway felt colder than the actual bedroom. Maybe if they installed ceiling fans or desk fans it would help with the circulation of the air because it was very stale inside the actual rooms. Make sure to take advantage of their social hour from 6-8 pm! I will be back, just hoping next time to have a cooler room and a bathroom door that actually closes and locks.

The rooms were a little on the smaller side and noise traveled pretty bad. Aside from that, it was a great stay! Everything was clean and we also appreciated the parking lot behind the building.

The location of the property was great, very close to everything I was looking for! The moody interior was gorgeous and tasteful

Very friendly staff, beautiful building and interior. I liked the ease of checking in and out and using digital key. It felt like a BnB but with the added comfort of a hotel. Bathroom taps and toilet felt very cheap and had come loose. We had to flush by opening the lid on top.

This hotel was a dream! I got a code and didnt have to speak with anyone. The lady at the front desk was really nice. The atmosphere in the entire place is so relaxing and chill. Its the coolest/ cutest place I've stayed at in Dallas. Its perfect. My friend and I stayed since we were going to a concert in town!

Great recommendations from friendly staff Being unable to check in at time I specified due to staff being away from reception. This meant I was sat waiting outside for someone to come back as I didn’t know the door code

My only real complaint is the noise. The walls and doors don't do much to block sound, and I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. I'm a light sleeper and really value a quiet room, so this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, I had a great experience. If you appreciate historic hotels with personality and excellent service, this is a great choice. Just be aware that if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to request a room in a quieter location.

Friendly staff and very clean rooms.

There was a guy in the building next door being loud and rowdy. He seemed to be on something and made me feel unsafe.
