The staff were super friendly to us and our pets. Rooms very clean and comfortable beds, we slept like a rock. I would stay here again. No notes.

Convenient location. Front desk very helpful. I was going to buy water and she mentioned the free water offered. That was wonderful. 1) room garbage cans had no liners 2) two days and two people with only 3 towels to share. Should be two per person IMO 3) please mention free water when registering 4) one of the elevators smelled like pee. Not sure if it was human or animal. 5) need more microwave options to buy. Maybe lunchables or carrots sticks and hummus. Healthier options. 6) 2nd day stay... My two door cards stopped working. Slight inconvenience. 7) room didn't have USB & C connections for charging. The alarm clock had them but didn't work. Most people need more than those options by the bed.

Dog friendly, clean, and conveniently located right off the highway.

Very nice property. Clean room, clean bathroom. A/C works great, staff are friendly and professional. The only improvement I would recommend is to properly air condition the fitness center. I specifically book with Best Western because their fitness centers have a set of dumbbells and a bench. But there was no a/c control here and the room was noticeably hotter than even the hallway. I propped open the door and it helped a little but they could have at least had a fan in the room. Just a little confusing, I have not been in a fitness center with no a/c. Other than that it was a good stay and I recommend this hotel.

Everything seemed to be fine except for the cover sheet on the bed. It smelt like body odor in one place and didn't care too much for just cleaning every 2 to 3 days. Maybe that's why the body odor was on the cover sheet on the bed other than that, everything was fine.
