Good location, spacious room and bathroom. Very noisy a/c unit in the room. Breakfast very basic.

Nice place. Would certainly stay in the future

Breakfast offered a variety of items. Property is near restaurants and I-75 but we didn’t get the noise from the road. I decent place for a few nights stay.

I enjoy this hotel. Like the location.

Easy to find clean but I didn't care for the bed.

They need to get a dish service technician out realign their satellite dish it was mild cloud cover and a little bit of rain and the satellite was out forever I have dish at the house and it never been out like that even in major storms so I believe adjusting the dish would fix that problem other than that it was a fine stay

Rooms had a terrible musty smell - Carpets were stained But appeared to be clean It wasn’t until the next morning when I walked from my bed to the shower and got in the shower and where I had stepped the water black

TV reception was bad. Breakfast was awful.

Room had a musty scent. The ice bucket had water still in it.

The bed was comfy and if you like really cold rooms this is for you! Me and my husband love that walking into our room of course we go to the air unit to turn it down, we noticed there was a bug crawling in the screen of the unit, there was also a dead curled up spider (kind big) next to a nightstand, and all the knobs on our whirlpool bath tub were gone. Kinda gross looks like it needed a good scrub down. Also our TV ended up not working on day 2.

Filthy carpet in the room with stains, sink in the bathroom did not drain, the bathroom is so old we decided not to shower. Too few outlets to charge phones, etc. The woman at the desk said "it was not her hotel" responding to our complaints.

The room I was in was very well worn. Carpet was worn and frayed in the corners and edges. Several areas of rust and mildew. AC unit was dirty and fallen apart. The room had a mildew smell. Breakfast was very disappointing, nothing had any taste to it.

The area was nice and quiet. Right behind red lobster which was walking distance. Room clean and spacious. And loved that they pool was inside.

Location and layout of the suite Chose this hotel specifically for thr type of room and a pool for my 7 year old. Planned the trip to get in early afternoon to have some pool tome but it was closed. I understsnd these things happen but there was no refund or discount or credit offered. Just my tough luck!

Enjoyed our stay.

Right off I-75, convenient to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Quite a few breakfast options which is always nice, but lacking in fresh fruit (only apples). I realize that housekeeping is more limited than in the past with service only coming in after 3 nights. Even when they did come in, they didn’t clean the bathroom, pick up used wet towels, etc. The carpet throughout the hotel is very drab in color, worn, wrinkled with wear and very, very dirty - NOT attractive! Water pressure in the shower is great, but the bathtub is unusual in the floor design in that you can’t really stand with two feet flat on the bottom because the sides of the tub are sloped/curved upward, making it feel like one could easily fall; never experienced that before; very strange. Also, the drawers of all the bedroom furniture did not close shut.
