The staff was awesome & went above & beyond to make my stay awesome.

It was under construction. There was stuff everywhere. Breakfast blah. Pillows are not comfortable. But the rooms are nice and big.

Stayed here for one night. Room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfy. We were on the second floor in room 217 and noticed the hall smelled like beer. The property was undergoing renovation when we were there. They were in the process of installing new tile flooring in the breakfast area but this didn't bother us. We had eggs and sausage for breakfast which were good. There was cereal, yogurt, fruit and toast available as well as waffle makers and syrup. Overall good property in a good area. Starbucks and Walmart around the corner. I would stay here again if traveling to the area.

The back door lock did not work so the first night all we heard was people banging on the door so they can get in as opposed to going around

The hotel was going through remodeling. That would have been helpful to state that important detail.. Mattresses outside the hotel and inside the waiting room.. toilet stopped working… warm not hot water… smell was unpleasant… room smelt like smoke… bed squeezed like it was set up on cans. Honestly… would have been better to save hotel repetition and just close until remodeling was completed, instead of making my stay one to stay away from. Definitely not happy.. will not return!!!

Renovations put a damper on breakfast...cold food only and workers using elevators to remove construction debris. Also, floor in room made my grandson's feet black in the bottom because of the dirtiness. Shower head had green scales on it.

Room was clean. Staff was polite, answered any questions we had. Very resourceful with information. Breakfast was good and hot. Didnt make use of the pool. But overall right to the point of what was needed. Nothing more nothing less than expected

This is a typical high use suburban hotel. Most everyone there stays probably just for a night. It's not a bad hotel, but it is undergoing renovation, which it probably needed. There was a lot of dust, and every wall on my floor had painters tape stretched along its hallways, which isn't a show stopper just unsightly. There were also a lot of new equipment (a large stack of new AC units was in the entryway) scattered throughout the property, but again, the property is undergoing renovation. It's not a bad place to stay and is convenient: there is a Walgreens essentially adjacent to the property, a couple of Publixes not too far distant, and numerous restaurants and gas stations, etc. nearby so it is a convenient property. The beach might be two miles away in one direction and the highway is maybe two miles in the opposite direction.
