Room was NOT as it was expected to be from years past. This property was a very nice property in the past. It seemed to have been left behind the times. The room was noisy and next to the outside doors which were being opened, closed and slammed through the night! The bed was uncomfortable and provided NO support (cheap). There were NO usb plugs for charging convenience, and the towels were tiny and rough. The staff was unable to provide support of how to stream to the television from a smart phone. They were CONFUSED! The bed, the noise level, the towels, the lack of tech!

While it was expensive to me, it was the best option price wise in the area. I paid extra on the front end for breakfast to be available to me and my group. they gave us a slip of paper to share between the four of us. when someone was checking the paper who didn't know us they had to go get somebody else to verify that we actually had breakfast and that took a while and was pretty frustrating.

Quite hotel with good proximity to Salem & Logan airport. Free parking at the hotel. Clean rooms. Not much of food options near by. Quite limited breakfast options on site.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. Mall is close by. Variety of places to eat nearby. If you plan to stay here for Salem then uber/lyft is recommend. 12 minute ride. Walking to Salem is too long.
