Always clean and perfect for what I need. Great amenities, easy parking and centrally located.

The dining/breakfast area had broken couches with nails sticking out of broken pieces. Rooms were not all that desirable. Overall not a very good experience.

Pool was perfect for the kids, location was great to get to Salem, free parking was nice and the staff at the front desk and morning breakfast spot were helpful

First night stay was fantastic - second night there was family in next room that was clearing with another room - they were running up/down the hallway - doors slamming because they left safety latch so I wouldn’t close. Not relaxing.

The room smelled like smoke and the furniture was coming apart. I have pictures.

Property was well maintained and staff was friendly. Our only issue was the AC did not stay on throughout the night and we were constantly trying to get the thermostat to maintain a cool temperature during the summer night.

Great hotel close to lots of shopping.

The booking said breakfast was included and it was not , this was entire reason I picked location

Wifi didnt work all the time, which was annoying. Amenities were good. Great location.

Clean Had to pay for breakfast. Which can be ok. Would have meant a lot to at least get a complimentary cup of coffee.

When I read reviews before I stayed they had to be fake. Breakfast was to be paid the same stuff most hotels of this caliber gave for free. Had to ask for another toilet paper roll as the 1 in the room was 1/4. If I hadn't paid up front I would have left. Silverfish in the room. The evening person was nice a man. the TV was so complicated he had to come up and start it. Do better in your line up. I do not recommend!

Negatives: no free coffee in lobby. This should be standard. Furniture in tv area of lobby was in really rough shape. Bathroom in our room needs refresher; it was a bit shabby. Positives: nice pool, helpful staff, tons of nearby shopping. Easy to park.

The hotel was so clean but really outdated, and needs a lot of maintenance in the rooms. However I would stay again because the rooms were so clean and staff really nice

We stayed when visiting for the World Cup. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable and we made use of the laundry facilities on site. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The location is beside a mall in Danvers and you can reach Salem train station by getting an Uber or Lyft which were inexpensive. We’d stay here again. Not a dislike but there is no cleaning service unless you ask for it, we had to ask at reception for clean towels and new toilet paper.

It was a very nice hotel. We stay here every year we come up north. great parling good service.

Convenient and clean
