Everyone else we stayed with was able to get their momey back from saturday and you all refused to help me or call me back ablout it after saying we will call you back to fix this but yet i called over ten times and the same thing i was told and nothing.

Refused to let us pay cash once we got there. The website gives you the option to pay by card or pay by cash once you get there. Not true. Has to be by card regardless.

When you first walk in it’s clean and the staff greets you. Check in was super easy. The room was clean and smelled clean. The hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores as well. Breakfast was fresh and had variety to choose from. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and check in was quick. Breakfast was amazing plenty of options including non pork meat selections. One thing I didn't like was a message the day before check in mentioning a $300 deposit if you live within 50 miles. I don't think its right to hold someone's money and not let them know until day before arrival. If they cancel you charging them for a day.
