The management it’s por full of excuses. I had 5 roaches in the room I spoke to other people about the inconvenience and the same answer. If you want something cheap like a motel go for it , but me personally to take my kids in a trip I prefer to pay for somthing better.

The place is under renovation the az was not working on the hallway,the breakfast there was only egg the lady had to ask permission to make more wish she did not the manger had a arittud, they need new staff for the front desk, manger

The only positive I have about this place was the peacefulness. I guess it’s because they had most of the rooms empty.

Don’t stay here. Water doesn’t work in the shower sink or toilet properly.

Saludos, es lamentable llevar mas de 3 días intentando contactar al hotel por una devolución y al día de hoy no se han comunicado, entiendo que no es el foro adecuado para exponer mi caso, sin embargo a raíz que no se comunican lo comentó, al llegar a realizar check-in notifico ( como previamente ya lo había hecho por la app) que necesitaba cunas para mis bebés y que la página web indicaba que tenían, la dama de la recepción me indican que no cuentan con dicho servicio, a lo que le comento que deseaba entonces realizar cancelación sin penalización ya que son anuncios engañosos, la dama me comenta que la reservación fue cancelada y que el deposito se me devolverá de 1-7 días, me retiro del hotel, y al día siguiente me facturaron la estancia completa mas el depósito, cabe mencionar que no me quede ni una noche en dicho lugar, solicité hablar con gerencia a lo que me indican a esa hora no se encontraba disponible pero se comunicarían conmigo, todavía no lo han hecho y me facturaron estancia completa. Es lamentable la falta de comunicación. Espero poder respuesta próximamente

Even though the outside looks a mess and the carpets in the hallway smells like old cigarettes amd ass due to the renovation. The room was nice and clean. I believe once the renovation is completed, it will be a very nice hotel to stay. There is no hot breakfast as advertised. It's barely a continental. Just cereal, toast and stale coffee.

We did not stay here, the property is under renovation and hazards everywhere! The smell is horrendous and roaches are everywhere; even crawling on the wall of the receptionist office when I went to report room had said roaches. No place for people with pre-existing health conditions.

The hotel had a strong, unpleasant smell in the hallways, and the outside of the building looked dirty and poorly maintained. There was an ice machine that didn’t work and was filthy, which was just unsanitary . At first glance, the room looked fine. However, the bathroom had strands of hair stuck to the walls, inside the shower, and around the sink. The towels looked clean until they were unfolded—they were stained and looked dirty. I would recommend bringing your own towels. The bed sheets were also stained. During my stay, I requested that all of the sheets be changed. When I returned, the bed was neatly made, but when I pulled back the covers, I could clearly see the exact same stained sheets. The next day, I asked again for the sheets to be changed, and once again, nothing had been replaced. They simply remade the bed to make it appear clean. As for the “breakfast included,” it was supposed to be served from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. I went downstairs around 6:15–6:30 a.m. every morning, and there was no breakfast available. When I asked about it, I was simply told, “We’re out of stuff.” Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor housekeeping, and failure to provide the advertised breakfast made this a very disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

The staff were friendly. The property is being renovated. My only real issue was the roaches in the rooms.

The Rooms did not match the outside of the hotel. The rooms were upgraded and comfortable, and clean. It wasn’t bad if it’s just to sleep but the hotel in general doesn’t look welcoming. The outside of the hotel looked like a motel, very ran down and breakfast did not offer much. No cooked food just the regular cereal and bagels.

Hotel have Great rooms and very nice pool area! Downside is they have no breakfast and hotel is being renovated but still nice for the price

The photos advertised is extremely misleading. The entire property smells because of all the renovations. The room smells of mold. There was dust and dirt. I was scared to sit on the bed much less to lay on it. I picked up a rag to use and the smell was nauseating. I was so scared to touch anything in fear might catch something. I used the room for an hour just to change my clothes because I had an event. I checked out within an hour of checking in. I could not stay there. The entire place is the deplorable and they really need to close it down.

I thought they had a pool and it was closed so my family couldn't swim. The manager was very rude. The room was not clean it had roaches in the room. The wifi was horrible the whole experience was horrible I won't ever go back again

staff is always so nice they are always smiling and so pleasant to speak to the rooms are always clean, it is always quiet so u can rest and enjoy your stay. The rooms are renovated and look really pretty

The room was clean. the first room was clean but the toilet did not work. There was no hot water. The rest of the property was under renovation and the workers did not clean the areas after they completed a task. The "continental breakfast" consisted of coffee, 2 sugary cereals, a few apples, a few slices of white bread and a few mini bagels. The juice dispenser had no concentrate and just dispensed water. The rodent boxes every 10 feet outside were apparently working. I will not book here again.

I had to take all the blame for not reading the full description about the pool being closed and the continental breakfast. We had our kids with us and they were very disappointed because the was pool closed. Inside the room overall wasn’t bad. However they were no water in our unit for about a hour and half. My wife was very upset about that.

Other than those two things, everything was great. This hotel was nothing like some of the negative reviews made it seem. I'm so happy I didn't let the previous reviews stop me from booking because we had a really good experience. We would definitely stay here again!
