No amenities available. Pool closed. Gym closed. Building filthy. Everything run down. No help at all

I guess I’m the last one to learn not all Ramada’s are the same. This one has to be the worst. From bugs. To broken ac.. to brown tinted water coming from the tap. If you value your health I would recommend sleeping in a tent before this place.

Everything is always perfect and the staff is very nice, respectful and friendly

Also breakfast was not available most days. The first days they were out of silverware and gave us plastic moves to eat with. Most days it wasn’t offered at all. The only saving grace was the staff. The front desk and housekeepers were fantastic.

There was no clean or hot water. I had to change rooms and then there was a roach. The carpet was dirty. Terrible stay.

Always friendly staff, very clean and quiet, my second home when im away from home

The good news is the room’s carpet-free, trust me, I checked for bed bugs, the staff is nice, but the new bathroom is not going to do well without an exhaust fan. All in all for a layover stay and if you have a preference for affordability I rate it satisfactory. If you are hoping for a family stay outside of Disney Parks the rating is poor.

Don’t bring your children here! Property is falling apart, hallways reek of cigarettes and weed… “renovated rooms” lol yeah right, they look pretty in pictures but this is lipstick in a pig. The rooms smell horrible, come with guests (roaches), the bathrooms were done horribly, pipes loose, either the water is scorching hot or cold, there is no middle, toilet flusher malfunctioning. They switched us from rooms just to give us something worse!!!
