Villatel is a must stay! The homes are amazing with everything included. The pool and spa at the house were amazing and the themed kids room and arcade and movie room were awesome.

The booking was for four families, and although we couldn’t travel due to a medical reason, the property reservation team handled everything wonderfully and were incredibly supportive. The other guests had a fantastic experience and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Highly recommended! both for the stay and for the exceptional service!!!

The house was very spacious throughout. Rooms comfortably for all members and the game room, recreation rooms and gym were awesome. Pool was very Vince and overall the house was well equipped. Parking was sparse due to the holiday but the clubhouse staff (Melanie) got us squared away.

Our house was very accommodating for our family of 12 Over capacity where we could not experience the lazy river or pool with slides.

The pool water was never hot enough no matter the temperature they set it for. There were ants all over the house. The water in the house was not hot either. I paid to have a luxurious bath in their beautiful tub, but I could not use it because of the water issues. The bowling lane stopped working. The studio keyboard was broken when we arrived. And the house was not as soundproof as they Universal Universe house we had last year.

Beautiful great home!!!!! Very clean!!!! A family of 8 and half of us had to shower with cold water. The water heater were producing enough water to keep up with the showers. I notified through text, but no one never responded. That’s the only thing that I have a complaint of.
