Roaches were crawling on the bed and wall when I opened the door and the new room had bed bugs it was terrible experience but the staff is top notch professional and kind

Terrible smell inside the entire facility, mold on the ceilings in the room and toilet clogged. Will NEVER stay there again.

First off, there was an old ripped up chair in the room that had mold growing on it. I asked for a replacement, and I was told that, “they are all like that”. They wouldn’t even remove the chair from the room. The outside of the place looks fairly new, but the room itself looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 80s. There was also roaches that I took pics of to show them. They only wanted to know where they were in the room so that maintenance knows where to spray. Super disappointed in my stay.

No coffee pot in the room, only 1 set of towels per guest, sofa was old and ragged

It all started the minute I checked in. The elevator wasn't working and I was traveling with someone who had mobility issues. We took a chance on walking the stairs which wasn't pleasant. We notice as we walked down the hall how filthy the carpet was. When we reached the room and opened the door the first thing seen was a leaking a/c unit with towels underneath. Then OMG! the furniture was worn and torn. I went back to the desk and requested another room however climbing another flight of stairs was not optional. Now I will say the kitchenette and bathroom appeared to be fairly clean. I have never seen one bar of soap and set of towels for two people. Even some of the cheapest motels give more soap/towels and most provide a body wash and shampoo. FYI if you have towels that have some type of stain on them please don't put in the customer's room. I was so disappointed however I will say they discounted the room but I probably will never use the facilty again.

The hotel had a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building, the carpets were dirty, and the bedding did not appear to be clean. The elevator was out of service, so I was forced to stay on the ground floor instead of the room I had expected. To make matters worse, the TV in my room did not work, and no discount or other accommodation was offered. I paid for a two-night stay but checked out after the first night because I did not feel comfortable remaining there. There were also individuals loitering around the property who appeared to be under the influence, which made me feel unsafe. In my opinion, this is not an appropriate place for families with children or for a woman traveling alone. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. I believe the property needs significant improvements to its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall safety.

No funcionaba el elevador, nos tocó escaleras , se sentía vapor , olía feo , y en la habitación había un sillón súper viejo y feo

There was a guest that was arguing or fighting in there room at 12:30 am and had to be told to be quiet 3 times, that night I only slept4 hours. For this place being and extended place there was no ice machine. The elevators didn't work and the only door you could go in through was the main entrance. Would not stay here in the future.

It is a 2 start hotel

Location Dirty, bugs, smell of pot, noisy and people up late at night making noise

Price The room was as suite but didn't have any amenities of a suite, did not have any type of dishes or pans, plates dishware. Room did not have any type of bathroom soaps, shower gels. I had to ask if I needed a clothing, iron hairdryer and any other type of appliances which would have been of use in any other type of hotel room which was kind of odd. Wait for this trip. I just needed a bed and a place to rest my head. Going and planning on having the amenities of a stove dishwasher and et. Cetera, please make sure you have the available dishes, pans, silverware and etc, otherwise you will have all these added features, but nothing to actually use to have them in your room. Really didn't not like their receptionists, asking the reason why my stay was Fur in the hotel that seemed a little personal.

Not a thing was included there was no coffee in the lobby no utensils to cook with if you needed to use their facilities for the Extended Stay part of how they advertise not a spoon not a nothing and on top of that the room had a bunch of roaches

It was nice and clean and good parking spaces and in a good location It didn’t have continental breakfast no iron dishes or Kleenex only one roll of tissue

Most of what we liked was that it was very clean and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and nice and helpful. Great location to almost everything. What we thought was a little extreme was that there was no coffee, no tissues, and the fact, a visitor would have to pay extra for some of the amenities that are not available like most hotels/motels.
