Because we got in so late meaning 10:00 PM we had no choice but to stay here even though there was no one to check us in, by some miracle eventually, we were checked in 30 mins later by a woman in her pajamas that was irritated by our existence We slept and immediately got up and left, even though we had paid for a second night. We refused to stay there. It is unsafe. The government pays for displaced homeless families to stay there and unfortunately it’s basically just homeless camp. This is not a hotel and should not be advertised as such. Expedia You need to do better on what “hotels”you allow on your site.

We weren’t able to get our key to check-in because no one was there to give us a key. The fact that we couldn’t get our key yo check in and had to stay at a different hotel

I like how it was not far from everything The room was dirty. The couch was dirty. In the area was a little dirty.

Horrible. I did not even walk all of the way into the room before I left. I didn't even stop at the front desk....just got in my car and left to find another place to stay.

I wish I could post pictures here because they would speak for themselves. I stayed in Room 226 for three nights and I'll try to be brief with all the issues here. Only bare minimum two pillows per each queen bed, was told there "is a pillow shortage" (guess it's localized to that particular hotel). Bed blankets felt ridiculously more thin than other hotels, no comforter of any kind. Floors, walls, counters, the TV even were all sticky to touch. Socks were black after an hour of check-in. Mold easily visible all around the caulk of the AC unit, the window caulking, and the trim around the bathtub (that was peeling off). The bathroom door didn't actually latch and even if it did the door handle was missing on the outside and "hanging" on the inside. Fridge was brand new but I had to plug in

Been staying here a few weeks while Im in town for work. The staff is very helpful and available 24/7. Had to fix a leak on the sink but ive had no issues especially for the price.

The staff was very rude and when you asked for a phone call back from a manager, they never returned your call.

Having a room with a kitchen sounds great till u realize everyone else on your floor has a kitchen and there is 30 different meals being prepared at the same time in the afternoon, just wasn’t for me, staff was nice, room was livable, tv service would work intermittently. Not terrible but not good.

We arrived and there were two BFA fighting in the parking lot. They carried on from one side of the building to the other. The rooms were old Extended Stay rooms that had Suite name tag added to the name. Definitely not suite quality.

I will never stay at one again, and I will never recommend anyone that I know to stay at one again.

The room was not good at all. We actually walked in and out immediately and found another place to stay. Bed looked like a cot and chair was damaged all over the surface. The maintenance man was very helpful with us since we arrived around 11pm and he helped get us assistance.

The room was absolutely terrible missing pieces to the leather chair cable did not work. Shower was not functional requested another room. They told me they could not do that. Called Expedia and left an email for a refund. I left the very next day would still like my refund.
