We have stayed here a number of times when we come in town to visit family. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The fitness room is small but has everything you need for a quick vacation workout. It's very clean and well-kept.

We have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times over the years. It has always been a great place for us to stay, and we have always felt comfortable there—almost like it was our home away from home. That is why this recent experience was especially disappointing. I called the hotel before our stay and specifically requested a handicap-accessible room. I was told that one had been reserved for us. When we arrived, however, we were told that there was no handicap room available and that they had no other accessible rooms left. We left to attend our grandson’s football game. We were given no alternative, so we had to stay in the room. This was especially difficult because I needed an accessible room. The bathtub was difficult for me to get into, and the toilet was very low. I am thankful that I did not fall. The condition and cleanliness of the room were also very concerning. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a strong odor that smelled like a locker room. The smell was particularly noticeable around the carpet area beyond the bed. There also appeared to be evidence of a leak or water damage on the ceiling. I do not know what was causing it or whether there was mold, but the odor was extremely strong. We were on the 1st floor so it wasn’t a roof leak and it wasn’t from the bathroom above. Also our socks and feet were very dirty from carpet. My feet had lots of dirt come off in the bathtub. This did not feel like $1000 stay.

Everything was great. The staff was very attentive and kind. Everyone was will to help with any questions we had.

Hotel had easy access right off the freeway. Parking lot was well maintained as well. Room was very clean, staff was very friendly and check-in was very quick. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We stay in the area a few times a year and this will become a regular place for us to stay.

The breakfast was great. Room was comfortable. They texted during the day to ask if we needed anything else and responded immediately to our request.

The only suggestion would be to leave the coffee pots in the rooms. It was a small inconvenience, although handled expediently.

Christian was extremely accommodating and helpful. I found that the entire staff was very professional.

First of all, they had the same breakfast each morning. We were there for three mornings, and not a thing changed--not even the over-ripe, dark bananas. The sink in our room (221) was plugged up all the time. It took forever for it to clear. The toilet in our room always took two flushes for everything to go down. The toilet paper always was left behind and had to be fushed down a second time. We told the desk about the sink and toilet, and they said they sent someone in to fix it, but it wasn't fixed. The problem remained. The fitted sheet at the head of the bed was never "tucked in." The good news: There was a woman who worked in the breakfast room to clean things up, and she never stopped working. She cleaned everything in sight and was very pleasant. I told the front desk how efficient she was. You're lucky to have her!

Staff very accommodating

Room was so clean and smelled clean! So pleased my stay. Breakfast was fresh and normal offerings. Very secure location and area to walk my dog.

Noise level was awful. Got no sleep. Shower head and bathroom fan were broken.

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and welcoming. There was a nice breakfast in the morning as well.
