Very comfortable beds and clean rooms

We did not eat the breakfast so don't know how it tasted. Location was not bad. We were there for UD Family Weekend. The rooms were not clean. In my bathroom there were clothes on the door from the previous guests hanging on the bathroom door. Made me wonder how clean the room was. My brother's room every time they flushed their toilet it leaked onto the floor. The rooms had a smell to them. When we brought these issues to the front desk he did not care. Very poor customer Service would not stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this stay. The area was kind of worrisome as we approached but the last few blocks in that area was a bit better and we felt good about the lighting outside, parking seemed good. The checkin was easy. Staff was friendly. I dont think there was an elevator but the stairs were easy enough to get to and navigate. The room was clean and decent. We have stayed at many hotels and motels all across the country. This was about average cleanliness overall. The room itself was slightly newer and appeared cleaner than some. Beds were average comfort. Water pressure was average as well, temperature was easily controlled which is better than some! Continental breakfast my kids got muffins to go. Great overall.

Price Rooms are very outdated and I had mold all around my shower head. Carpet is old and holds that yuck smell. Cigarette burns in the room. Paint chipping everywhere.

I liked the location. Worked great for what we needed. The lobby was really decorated nice and the staff was very nice. The room was aged. The toilet seat was old and pealing. The light fixture by the bed had some kind of liquid running down it. You could see dust and dirt in the corners all over and it had stains all over.

Everything looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The rooms we had very filthy, from the dust coming out of the air conditioners, to the stains on the ceiling, to the bed linens themselves not looking quite right, to every door or other surface having this weird stickiness to it. And speaking of doors, the bathroom door in one of the rooms couldn’t close right. And the smell. Both rooms had a distinct odor. It was clear previous tenants had smoked or vaped in both rooms (one obvious as soon as you walked in; the other the smell didn’t kick in until the air conditioner was on). Would not stay there again and I don’t recommend it…until they get a serious overhaul in cleanliness.

There were bugs in the room. I was charger $150 a night but everything in the hotel says $100 a night for 2 adults. The only good thing about this place is the Orange Juice and coffee

Great staff and decent room

Right off the freeway Front desk person was kind of creepy. He kept staring at me like I was from another planet!

We stayed for 1 night. The location is good, restaurants are nearby. The room is fairly clean but is small and tight to walk around. The toilet is clean, the beds, and bedsheets, pillows are clean. At first, as we entered the room, we are met with a bit of moldy smell that disappeared after a while, after we sprayed it with a room fresherner we requested from the counter staff who gracefully gave it to us. My wife saw a little coachroach crawling on the floor. The counter staff are friendly, who met and talked to us when we arrived at the parking. I think the price of the room for 1 night is a bit pricy for Cad$124/night total with breakfast. Probably bcoz it was a weekend stay, where most Inns increase their rates. Breakfast was fairly good. Probably we will stay at that hotel again, but not on the weekend. There was coach roach crawling, and we saw a fly inside the room. They need to properly eradicate these bugs, it is a turn off for customers.

Need to clean air conditioner filters and vents. Garbage in breakfast area seems to only get emptied once it is overflowing.. Room was fine
