Holiday Inn Daytona Beach LPGA Boulevard by IHG

I booked this room, the check in time said 4pm, upon arrival they said none of the rooms were ready due to an event they had hosted during the day. I was not informed ahead of time of this delay , i could have arranged my travel plans accordingly if someone had let me know ahead of time that they would be running late for check in. I waited for almost two hours sitting in the lobby until they finally had a room ready, the room i booked was a king SUITE, which was supposed to have a separate area with a couch. I paid extra for this specific thing that i wanted. It also said the room would be equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. When i finally got to the room they gave me, i noticed it was completely different from the one i booked. They gave me a standard double queen room, not even a suite like i booked. There is also no microwave and the refrigerator is barely cold. I brought this attention to the front desk attendant and they said there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue and there was no manager or supervisor to speak to about it, they said management will not be on the property until Monday, which is way after i leave the state. I am extremely upset about this situation

Front desk clerk friendly and helpful Room had a strange odor. Wife took shower and grabbed towel and it was stained with what looked like blood. Had to use hand towels to dry off. Glad it was justbone night. Bed was worn out should be replaced.

Dirty and room was directly under renovations going on

Very good

The air conditioning in the room The smell of bleach, the beds & pillows, no usb plugs for charging phones , no wash cloths in bathroom, toilet seat entirely too low felt like a kiddie toilet. The cost of the breakfast was out too much for the items available.

Mildew odor from carpet; rusted bathroom fixtures; non-working ventilation fan. Housekeeping staff using loud, vulgar and offensive language that could be heard through the door. Please contact me about this.

It was convenient to the Daytona International Speedway and Buc-ees. The staff was amazing!

The location was perfect for the area I visited. Restaurants, gas stations and stores located within a couple miles away. N/A
