Sleep Inn & Suites Green Bay South

This property was well maintained and perfect for our family of 5.

We used to do a lot of business in Green Bay and stayed here each time. We were always made to feel so welcome. We've just begun coming to Green Bay again and decided to see how things were at the place we enjoyed so much. While the hotel was clean and comfortable... It was far from welcoming. It didn't really affect out stay. We didn't feel any sense of connection to come back.

I was happy to book a room at a competitive price, but my guest experience was average at best. Regardless of the age or condition of the property, any staff can be friendly -- but in three days I never saw one smile, never heard one welcome, or opne "thank you."

It’s only a sleep over one night hotel and go on your way. Nothing special and the owner is a slum lord

Beds were small and hard. Bathroom door in one of the rooms was hard to close. Not enough outlets to charge phones, batteries.

Everything was good, they were friendly and helpful. room service was fast aand very friendly The pool was a bit small. when others came in we either had to get out, or look selfish by not doing so others could use the pool as well.

Nice hotel with a great pool & hot tub. Room was spacious & very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was very cordial & helpful.

We need to normalize hotels getting rid of full size beds. Other then that, very clean, staff was great.
