It was convenient to restaurants, hiways, and attractions. Staff was especially friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was very basic. We came down an hour before it closed, and there was absolutely nothing to drink. The waffle maker didn’t cook the waffles all the way through. It was definitely let down.

Samara’s hostel. Hallway lights out or flickering. Wet carpet. Rust everywhere. Sink spraying water all around. Hairdryer doesn’t work. Fridge (or something) ticking like a sped up clock all night. Just a mess of a property.

Cons - outdated and not well kept up, the pool was not maintained and gross It worked as a place to sleep but I wouldn’t stay here again
-
Water was lukewarm and never reached “warm” much less “hot” temperature. This review is for 6/17/26 I might as well been camping since I essentially had to take a spit bath the water was so cold. Also the amenities are single size. Not enough shampoo or conditioner for 2 people.

The staff was very nice. However, the owner needs to take responsibility for upkeep of this hotel. One pillow case had blood on it and the other from the same bed was stained. Front desk gave us two new cases. Our room had a car “tree” deodorizer in the air condition unit. The stopper in the sink was missing and the push button on the bathroom door was missing. No way to lock the door. The bathroom ceiling in the bathroom is all rusted as was a light fixture. Most likely due to the southern heat, but the room needs upkeep. Breakfast described had no working juice machine as was the same months ago in reviews. Some bananas were more than ripe. Owner needs to put money into this property.

Clean with helpful staff. Enjoyed our stay.

We went up for graduation, so the hotel was in a convenient spot for the places we needed to go. The hotel room smelled of a dog when we went in. The panel on the inside of the door lock on the inside was busted. The rack in the closet where you hang clothes was missing a bracket and hung down. The elevator inspection was not up to date. My clothes felt damp due to the humidity in the room. The coffee we had in the mornings was full of grounds and there were out of order signs on multiple breakfast beverages machines. Lights were flickering in the hallways. The permanent residents were hanging out in the corner of the parking lot drinking, grilling out, playing loud music, and working on their vehicles. We rarely get down time from work and were looking forward to relaxing and maybe enjoying the pool. But the pool was cloudy and trash was on the bottom.

Interior in need of a lot of maintenance, just basic upkeep
-
However, the certification for the elevator was expired and it took about 30 min to find a room where the electronic door opener worked or worked dependable. We had to move with dogs from the 2nd to the 3rd floor.
-
Location was great room 315 needs faucet and light switch fixed in the bathroom
-
Clean comfortable bed. Annoying strob light in the bathroom. When I asked about getting it fixed the front desk said they couldn’t do anything about it. Then the fire alarm went off at 10:30 and woke us up.
-
No juice, water bottles or coffee for breakfast. It was broken, but no substitutions.

Very nice It has gone down hill since out two other stays over the last four years.

Nothing They don’t have cable on the first floor We were traveling with family and their door wouldn’t unlock so they couldn’t get in their room we cancelled our rooms and found a different hotel and yet we still haven’t gotten a refund for our room that we never stayed in
-
Booked this online through Booking. Com and when I got to the hotel I had to cancel the reservation and look for another hotel. This hotel was disgusting just getting on the elevator and when we got to the room the cards didn’t work so we went down and told the girl to cancel due to the filth of the halls and elevator I did t even want to go into the room. The girl with the death said it would be no problem for the cancellation cause they wouldn’t take it out until 4 AM anyhow so she put through the cancellation and gave me a receipt and now I see that I’ve got a pending charge from this hotel on my credit card, which I am disputing. This is one of the filthiest hotels I’ve ever been in. I can’t even believe the Booking.com or Travao would have this Comfort Inn on their website. It’s disgusting.
