Comfortable and pleasant staff. Amenities as advertised.

The room smelled like urine. The carpets felt dirty underneath my feet. The AC window unit did not cool very well. The bathroom ceiling above the shower was covered in rust and mold. The wall behind the toilet was covered in mold.

Breakfast was OK but was out of a few things. Room smelled, kind of rundown in need of some updating , better upkeep, fan in bathroom was hanging down and was loud. Juice machine was out of order,the ice machine didn’t have ice.

The room needs major maintenance.

Everything else. Beds are horrible, carpet is GROSS, mattress was stained, curtains torn and stained, room smelled like mildew, bathroom door was literally coming apart, the furniture was peeling, tv didn’t work.

Floor was wet in the room breakfast the juice dispenser was out of order and nothing else to drink beside coffee waffles were ok

Needs maintenance, odor in some places.

Comfortable Nothing

It has declined significantly. Water pressure was very low. Sink leaking onto the floor. Very limited towels and wash cloths. Bathroom fan very loud. Food was unappetizing. Coffee was warm at best. TV channels very biased and limited. Time for me to find a better place to stop.

Hotel is run down. Breakfast was sparse and not replenished and the drink machines were out of order so nothing but milk to drink. Lights didn’t work in the room. Shower tub was very slippery. Parking lot a mess.

We were double charged and I'm STILL waiting on a refund. There's black mold in the bathroom, the lights in the hall are flashing (migraine trigger), the bed is hard as stone.

Close proximity to the interstate The toilet wasn't properly fastened to the floor in both rooms that we rented. The shower dripped constantly. The sink was barely fastened to the countertop with a gap all the way around missing caulk for water to fall through. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely dirty. The bathroom ceiling are not proper material so it's rusted from moisture. There's a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by the wires over the beds. The carpet was damp.

The rooms weren’t clean, however. There was mold in our room and mold on the ceiling in the lobby. The was a moldy, mildewy smell just about wherever we went. The pool wasn’t clean either. The safety certificate in the elevator was expired by several months as well. The redeeming factor was the staff — they were helpful and accommodating.

It was convenient to restaurants, hiways, and attractions. Staff was especially friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, the curtains were torn in half and hanging, the closet door was leaned up against the wall and not even by the closet, there was mold all over in the bathroom.

Breakfast was very basic. We came down an hour before it closed, and there was absolutely nothing to drink. The waffle maker didn’t cook the waffles all the way through. It was definitely let down.
