The check in staff was friendly. Our room was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast offered a good selection. Yhe morning coffee was hot. And the property overall appears clean and visually pleasant. The beds are comfortable and the price is reasonable. Now onto what could improve. Another traveler hit a rock (small decorative boulder) in the median area between parking spots and knocked the boulder into my vehicles front bumper causing some cosmetic damage. When we reported it to the front desk staff he was unhelpful and was more concerned about what he was doing on his phone when I approached him. He dismissively stated he would have to talk to the manager to review the camera while walking away from me while I was speaking to him about it, but never got back to us after asking for my room number. The staff obviously isn't responsible for another traveler's actions but they are responsible for their level of concern and helpfulness when something is brought to their attention that happened at their property. We saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom our last night there and the morning we checked out there was what looked like a smashed mouse in the hallway. And the pool water appeared green. So, in short if you are there 1 night it would seem like a good stay as long as no one off situations happen like another vehicle knocking a small boulder into your car.

The pricing of the room is what attracted me. The upkeep on the rooms are not great. The 1st room I was placed in had a major leak in the bathroom. The staff was very helpful and moved me to another like room. That room had issues as well. None of the doors closed completely. Floors were warped.

Tv connection was intermittent, the door could’ve pushed open from the outside without a key. The room was very sparce in decor/furmiture. Felt like a prison . No curtain to block the light

Did not eat breakfast. Room 423 had things that need to be fixed: window shade does not pull up abd down easily. Closet shelf and clothes bar not attached to wall. The whole place seemed musty. However, the staff was nice and the room was very quiet.

Breakfast met all of our likes. Halls, elevators, room all smelled clean and fresh.
