Motel 6 Decatur, TX

We had to ask to change rooms 3 times. Toilet was floppy and leaking on one, bathroom door coming apart on second one. The ice machines were broken, and the pool was not able to be heated. They need some serious maintenance to make this hotel any good for next time.

I loved this room I got. When I checked into the Motel Six in Decatur TX, I made sure to rent the room for TWO nights. The great thing about my room, was that it was my batchelor pad for those two nights. I just went naked inside my room.... ....my room had faulty Air Conditioning. It got very hot inside my room. The door to my room did not have any door chain.....

Parking There wasnt a in room coffee pot and the microwave had rust and the turn plate didn't go to the microwave. The beds were very uncomfortable.. The pool heater was broke. There were bugs in the room. The ice machines were broken and The desk clerks were rude at night. And there was broke down cars in the parking lot missing tires and broke windows

I am requesting a full refund for my booking due to unacceptable hygiene conditions in the motel. The bedsheets were dirty and appeared unclean. The bath towels were also filthy and not usable. In addition, there were roaches present in the property, which is a serious cleanliness and health concern. These conditions made the stay unacceptable and not as described in the listing. I kindly request a full refund. I can provide photos as evidence if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

Stains on pillows stains on the shower head was told the pool was open but the hot waters wasn’t available due to high prices

I like the overall feel of the hotel The fact that I had a washer and dryer on the facility to wear customers could use the washer and dryer We reported our refrigerator was out two times even the booking agent did nothing was done about it came back everyday and my door was locked had to explain to them that my card didn't work and then wanted me to pay more money are things in my medication kept getting locked up other than that everything was okay... Just all of her food in the refrigerator got ruined and it was never fixed or brought to another one

False advertisement. Got a double king deluxe and the room had full size beds with no amenities other than wifi that hardly worked.
