The stay was good but the parking situation was not, 18 wheelers all over taking up multiple spots making the parking more complicated than it should’ve been

The only positive thing was the laundry was free! Upon checking into the first room I was put in, I noticed it had water leaking on the floor and it got into the carpet. I immediately went down to the front desk. Then I was moved to another room on the first floor and soon as I entered it smelled awful. It smelled stale like. It was just awful. Something must had happened to the ceiling because it was patched up. There was hair in the sink. The room next to me was loud. It was just terrible. I didn’t sleep at all. The front desk were made aware about both incidents and all I got was “I’m sorry”!

Friendly staff, very helpful, except for all the 18-wheeler trucks in the parking lot taking up 4 spots each…. If you get back late, good luck finding a parking spot!!!!

Full kitchen was great and full size refrigerator too. The room setup was to my liking , overall a pleasant stay

The room was very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, lighting was good, it had a freezer in the room, they had USB ports in the room, and the shower got hot. Also, the food/drinks they had available to purchase were fairly priced. No smart TV in the room. Also, there was a weird smell in the hall of the first floor.

The bed was comfy. Pool was clean. AC worked well. So nice having the washing/ drying of clothes available. We liked it all.
