The hotel is pristine and an oasis in mountain. We travelled from our Yellowstone trip looking for a comfortable and luxury stay and the hotel exceeded our expectations. I can only imagine how busy and full of life the resort is in winter and is on quiet side over summer. We very much enjoyed our stay and service provided by the staff.

The room was cleaned every day. The staff was so friendly. The spa is closed actually the hot tub sorry for a couple of weeks, but the spa was fantastic and they have designer bags that they sell.

Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive.

We had a great 5 day stay in March for skiing, relaxing, and seeing Park City. The mountain view room on 7th floor was amazing. La Stellina and Rime are great restaurants on property. Pool and spa are amazing. Shuttles into Park City are convenient. We had dinner at Riverhorse on Main that the concierge helped arrange.

Beautiful place, clean, friendly staff, great location.

Location is excellent and room was comfortable We booked with you a room that includes breakfast but that was not the case. They gave us an allowance for breakfast that did not cover the cost and we only ate one breakfast each and a cup of tea and a water. We mentioned this to them and they adjusted but it was an uncomfortable situation that was not necessary.

The staff is remarkable. The hotel is so clean and so incredibly nice. Nothing. I liked everything.

We were upgraded upon arrival and the entire stay was perfect. Quiet rooms, spa and pool experiences were perfect. Beautiful views and shuttle to Park City was so convenient.

They need to solve the driving back up the mountain to property from Park City problem at gate… pretty stupid to have a guard tell guests they have to use funicular to return but we could drive our vehicle down the mountain no problem from the hotel?!? and the valet actually drove our vehicle back up as we rode the funicular?!? Also the fine dining option Rime needs some attention to food quality. The Brasserie and poolside offerings were on the money but the ‘fancy’ restaurant was below expectations. To their credit they did their best to rectify things and we never had any issues at all with any of the servers or staff anywhere in the property. All very nice and worked hard to make things right. Everything else was phenomenal! Pool, champagne toasts, special animal exhibits, made for an all around high-end experience.

One of the best experiences I’ve had. I felt completely taken care of, everyone was kind and made sure you had what you needed to enjoy your stay. I cannot recommend enough!
